Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and to full depth as may be directed,except in hard rock,requiring blasting including shoring and shuttering and bailing out of water wherever necessary,refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth or sand in layer of not more than 15cm thick.well rammed and consolidated and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift of 10m & initial lift of 2m and depositing the surplusr earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with iniital lead and lifts,clearing and levelling the site etc., complete as per SS20B and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.20B).

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix (One Part Cement, Four Part Fine Aggregate and Eight Part Coarse Aggregate) Using 40mm ISS HBG metal for foundation and basement including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.28).

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting uptp 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm and 10 gauge stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mmx25x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joist of size 10cmx6.5cm dia spaced about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre tocentre etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental engineers. TNBP No.30

Cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Part cement, Two Part M-sand and four Part aggregate) using machine crushed 20mm gauge hard broken stone jelly for all RCC items of work excluding centering strutting, and reinforcement grills placed in position but including mixing concrete, laying and vibrations charges, curing, etc complete and including providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary etc. complete complying with standard specification( TNBP No:30)

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of mild steel Griil Gate and Design Grill, including providing one coat of red oxide primer. The rates shall inclusive of cost of all materials,Conveyence and all labour charges for fixing in position by dismantling the masonry, concrete etc. and redoing the same to the original condition duly packed with concrete etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers

Brick Work in CM 1:5 (One part of cement & five parts of M- sand) mix using best quality sing new best II Class Bricks of size 9 ” x 4 3/8 “x 2 3/4 ” including cost and conveyance of materials to work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing the concrete etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers – TNBP No:31

Plastering with CM 1:5 (One part of cement & five parts of M-sand) mix for 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing,finishing etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers – TNBP No:56&57

Solid PVC Door Shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm with suitable rabate for housing the shutter

Laying with first quality design ceramic tiles of all colours new ceramic tiles 305 x 305x 6mm tk for flooring and set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (one part of cement & three parts of M-sand)20mm thick and pointed with white cement including adding with suitable colouring pigments of match with the colour of tiles used and curing etc., complete.including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all labour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Daddoing with first quality colour glazed tiles of 300 mm x 200 mm x 6mm size of approved make and quality and colour set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One part Cement and Two Part M-Sand) and pointing with white cement neatly including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all labour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Supply and fixing of Indian water closet with new glazed earthern ware Indian water closet of 22” Oriya type of approved quality & approved colour with “P” or “S” trap with sand cushion and forming flooring around the water closet using 40mm size broken brick jelly in cement concrete 1:2:4 of 4” thick and plastering with cement motar 1:3 20mm thick using river sand including fixing the water closet in position and giving necessary connection to CI stacks etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer etc. complete. TNBP No. 100,102 & 103

Supplying and fixing in position colour glazed EUROPEAN WATER CLOSET with 'P' or 'S' trap and double flapped seat cover, 10.00 litres capacity P.V.C. low level FLUSHING TANK including all internal fittings fixed on C.I. brackets, 12mm PVC or brass nipple, chromium plated brown headed stopcock, 12mm nylon connection with necessary teakwood plugs, clamps, screws to the portion coming with walls and floors, including dismantling masonry and redoing the same to the original condition.

Supplying and fixing in position best Indian make white glazed earthenware WASH HAND BASIN of 560x406mm with a a pair of C.I. Brackets, 15mm dia C.P. Pillar tap, 32mm G.I. Waster water pipe, 32mm dia C.P. Brass waster coupling, plug with chain, 15mm dia PVC connection, 15mm G.M. wheel valve with ISI mark and necessary G.I. union and G.I. Elbow, including fixing wash hand basin in position with white lead, clamps, teakwood plugs, screws, rubber washer etc., complete without any leakage complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing in position best Bevelled Edge MIRROR of 6mm thick of size 50cm x 40cm fibre glass shelf type with necessary plywood backing and rubber button, chromium plated screws, teakwood plugs, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
