Providing material and labour for Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks having crushing strength not less than 35 kg./Sq.Cm. in foundation and plinth in Cement Mortar 1:5. (1- Cement : 5 -fine sand) & Curing etc. Complete.

Providing material and labour for laying 10mm thick cement plaster in single coat on brick/concrete walls for interior plastering upto floor two level and finished even and smooth in (i)Cement mortar 1:3 (1-cement:3-sand) & curing etc. complete.

Providing material and labour for Steel work, welded in built up sections framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of read lead paint. (A)In beams and joists, channels angles Tees, flats, with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams. Hip and jack rafters, purlins conneted to common rafters and the like

Providing material and labour for corrugated G.I. sheet of class-3 roofing fixed with glavanished iron J or L Hooks, Bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washer or G.I. limpet washer. filled with white lead complete excluding the cost of purlins, Rafters and Trusses.(1) 0.80 mm thick sheet.

Providing material and labour for Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with synthetic enamel paint, brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter.

Providing material & labour for Finishing wall with weather proof exterior emulsion paint on wall surface (two coats) to give an required shape even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, and remains of loose powdered materials.etc complete.

Providing & Fixing to Wall Ceiling and floor 10.0 Kg.F/Cm2 working pressure poluthene pipes of the following outside Dia. Low densidy, complete with special falnge compreddion type fittings, wall clipsetc. Including making good the wall ceilling and floor. (G) 110mm.(with material & labour)

Construction of B.B. Masonary Kundi of clear inside dimension size 0.60 x 0.60 x 0.75M with 23cm thick B.B. masonary wall in C.M. 1:6 including required excnation C.C. 1:3:6 15 cm thick refilling 10mm thick cement plaster to masonary and floor C.C. layer and fixing theore cast R.C.C. cover of square shape 450 mm internal dimension with frame etc. complete. ( with material & labour)

Providing material and labour for constructing sock pit of 5.00 Cu.M. Volume including excavating and filling brickbats with dry masonry work at top for 45cm. height including covering the top with stone including providing vatas in C.M. 1:3 with finishing curing etc. complete as directed.

Providing material and labour for fixing ridges or hips 600 mm overall in plain G.I. sheet class-3 fixed with G.I.J. or L Hooks and nuts 8mm dia G.I. Limpet and bitumen washer complete. (1) 0.80 mm thick sheet.
