Tack coat : Providing and applying tack coat with bitumien emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom ( including cost of testing of materials at the site and laboratory as directed by the deptt ) (i) with bitumen emulsion CSS-1h (normal bitumenous surface )

Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials upto 10.00 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (A) ' With hydrated lime/cement as filler ( refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification) (I)'with 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen (ii) for Grading-II(13 mm nominal size)

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders(Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table (300-2 ( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (a) from private land

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specifications. Including setting out . Construction of shoring and brching removal of stumps and other deleterious matter.dressing of sides and bottom and back filling with approved material 1. Ordinary soil A. Manual Means (1) Depthn Upto 3 m. ( without dewatering).

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded Material spreadng in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface,mixing by mixed in placed method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density,complete as per cl. 401(ii) For grading II materials.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of speceific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness,hand packing,rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the required density ( with and initial lead of 5.00 Km ) A. By manual means(iii) Grading-III (b)using screening type-B

Scarifying existing bituminous surface to a depth of 50mm by mechanical means (Scarifying existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead up to 1000 metres.)

Providing and laying Interlocking Concrete Block Pavement (ICBP) conforming to IS;15658-2006 inccluding all lead and lift complete as per technical specification and as directed. (a) 80mm thick interlocking precast blocks having compressive strength of 40N/sq.mm

Providing stone brick soling in earthen shoulder with stone/best quality jhama brick,sand packed and laid to true line and level and in panel after preparing the subgrade including eart work in excavation as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewatering, complete. Brick on flate soiling.

Plain / Reinforced Cement Concrete in substructure complete as per drawing and technical specification and steel shuttering formwork. PCC Grade M-20

Consstruction brick masonry wall (Raising of drain) Brick masonry work in 1:3 in sub-structure complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specification.

Consstruction brick masonry wall (Raising of drain) Plastering with cement mortar (1:3) on brick worki n sub-structure as per drawing and technical specification.

Construction of cement concrete Wall (Toe wall) :Plain / Reinforced Cement Concrete in sub-structure complete as per drawing and technical specification and steel shuttering formwork. 1.Without plasticiser B.PCC Grade M-20 hight upto 5.00 m

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 35, the finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&h specifications.

Providing reflective pavement marker with micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoSRT&H's fixed to the road surface using the adhesives and the procedures recommended by the menufacturers with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance.

Retro reflectorised Traffic sign :- Providing and erecting of Retro Reflectorised cautinary, mandatory & informetory sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity encapsulated lense type reflective sheeting vide clause 801.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting 2 mm fixed on an angle iron of 25x25x4mm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mmx 75mmx 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly design foundation with M-15grade cement concrete 45cmx 45cmx 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing and sign . (All the steel work must be Tata/Sail or any other approved brand ) (ii)60cm eqilateral triangle
