Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 meters lead : Of area beyond 3 sqm.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 meters lead : Of area beyond 3 sqm.

Providing and fixing powder coated 50 microns aluminum work (10 gauge) for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/ neoprene felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mechanically and metered jointed wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in- charge. For frames and shutter of door windows & ventilators /Sliding shutters including providing and fixing hinges /pivots, handles, sliding door bolts/ door locks, tower bolts, eye hooks/ window stays/ door stopper, including the cost of PVC/neoprene gasket 5mm glass panes/ ACP Sheet on both sides, hydraulic door machine where ever required complete job as required. The Spacing of Vertical members not to exceed 4'-0" & section to be used is 104 mm x 44.45 mm.

Providing and fixing PVC Panelling to walls / wooden partations including making openining for Electricals fittings including cost of mouldings, screwss whereas necessary all job complete (Heavy duty)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Removing dry or OBD by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 1 mm thick

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer.
