4 Sub Head- III (Maintenance of sanitary installations)

Operation & Maintenance of Plumbing / Sanitary Installations water supply

line, toilets in the common areas of NBCC Centre okhla including all tools

and tackles and petty materials as per specifications and scope of work in

the tender document including sundays and holidays.

5 Sub Head- IV (AMC of Sewage treatment plant and WTP)

Running, operation and Maintenance (routine & preventive) of the entire

STP of capacity 100 KLD and Water treatment plant including accessories

comprising of all machinery , equipments installed in general shift of 8 per month 12 36390.00 436680.00

specification and as per scope of work defined in the tender documents

6 Sub Head - V (Horticulture & Maintenance)

Maintenance of Horticulture and Landscaping areas in the common areas

7 Sub Head- VI (Maintenance of Housekeeping)

AMC of housekeeping, general up keep and cleaning of common areas

including toilets in NBCC CENTRE, OKHLA to be carried out during normal

working hours including providing all cleaning materials required like soap,

detergents, phenyle, chemical , dusters, dhoties, jharus, wipers, toilet

cleaners, glass cleaning chemicals, R-2, R-6, cockroach killing sprays ,

room fresheners etc and other cleaning materials, machinery &

equipments required for housekeeping as per annexure IV, specifications

and scope of work in the tender document

8 Sub Head- VII Miscellaneous Works

Cleaning of Glazing, ACP , Front façade, shop front glass of entire

Building(from 2nd floor to top Floors) internally & Externally half yearly

basis (Twice in a year) once upto the satisfaction of Engineer In charge by Sqft. 102537 2.5 256342.50

9 Sub Head- VIII ( CIVIL WORKS & ELECTRICAL WORKS AS

Ptime cost of Rs. 15.0 Lacs has taken for any kind of WORKS required in O

and M of building either AS PER DSR 2019 or NON-DSR WORKS which is

not covered in tender but required to be carried out as per direction of

engineer in charge. Such type of work shall be carried by the contractor in

most competative rates and same shall be paid on actual basis WITH

7.5% contracotr profit

Round the clock survillance,watch and ward at NBCC Centre of common

areas and properties including providing security equipments on 24x7 hour

basis including sundays and holidays as per specifications and scope of

work defined in the tender documents. Minimum wages shallbe paid to

security personnel as per central wages under head "With arms " or "

Without Arms" whicher is applicable
