   Validity of Offer: Validity of offer should be strictly as per CLAUSES AND SUB-CLAUSES of CLW Bid Document (Rev.-V) JAN.2026. Offers with lesser validity shall be deemed as commercially unresponsive and will be summarily rejected.

   Bidders must quote on firm price basis only as price is not subject to any variation. Offers quoted with Price Variation Clause (PVC) will be considered unresponsive and will be summarily rejected.

   Delivery is to be made on FOR Destination basis as per clauses and sub-clauses of "CLW Bid Document (Rev.-V) JAN.2026". Non compliance of the clauses specified in the tender document will lead to rejection of offer or as per acceptance of CA.
