Overhauling of ESP of 300MW Unit 7 DPL under AHPEM DPPS DPL

Dry cleaning work: Dry cleaning of ESP starting from ESP inlet duct, all ESP hoppers, gas distribution screens, all emitting electrodes, collecting plates & other allied zones

LP Water Jet cleaning: Water jet washing of total ESP internal including all hoppers, collecting plates, emitting electrodes & other allied zones. At the time of water washing if any chokage is found in the hoppers, the same shall be cleared immediately. All arrangements including hose & LP pressurizing pumps for the job has to be arranged by the vendor

EERM system: checking & rectification of emitting rapping system of all the ESP fields thoroughly including housing bearing assembly (checking & replacement if needed); job includes replacement/repair & alignment of rapping shafts, bearings, pin wheels, hammer assembly of all rapping system if required after checking of all ESP fields.(Max. 20% of total qty)

CERM system: : checking & rectification of collecting rapping system of all the ESP fields thoroughly; job includes replacement/repair & alignment of rapping shafts, bearings, pin wheels, hammer assembly of all rapping system if required after checking of all ESP fields. (Max. 20% of total qty)

Support insulator system: Replacement/Repair (Max 20% of total qty) & cleaning of insulator & heater (100% of total qty)

Hopper heater: Replacement/Repair (Max.20% of total qty) & cleaning of heater (100%)

GD screen: Replacement (Max. 20% of total qty)/Repair & alignment of inlet GD screen (three stages)

Anvil pads: Replacement/Refitting of anvil pads of all collecting plates of ESP fields, if required after checking.

Shock bar system: Repair & alignment of shock bar
