M&L for providing, laying and consolidating 150 mm thick (in two layers) Premix WMM from mixing plant rolled 08 to 12 Ton vibrating (Tondom) road roller to confirm uniform surface and compacted to required gradient and camber complete with mechanical paver, filler shall be added as per job mix design complete all as specifed and directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

M&L for RCC NP3 150 mm dia pipes laid on 150mm thick moorum /sand /crushed stone bed with excavation upto depth 1.65 mtr in any type of soil ,incl manholes of standard size made of brick masonary/RCC/precast RCC with SFRC ventilating cover and frame incl all items including necessary testing of pipe after laying the pipe.

M&L for construction of valve pit chamber of size with using fly ash brick of size 250mmx115mmx75mm 1200mmx1200mmx900mm (internal size) with 3.15mm thick MS sheet cover and angle iron 50x50x6mm thick embedded in 15 cm thick PCC coping with locking arrangement with two coats of synthetic enamel with internal external surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary excavation, removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding to 50mtr, returning filling, in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 75mm thick as in foundation /floor brick work (one brick thick) in cement mortars (1:4) PCC 1:3:6 type C1 in copping, plastering in CM 1:4 and 75mm thick hard core below foundation etc complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

M & L for Cable route indicators for HT cable with CI plate and angle iron 40 x 40 x 6mm showing MES HT cable, voltage and location/direction duly embossed including necessary excavation earth work, PCC work (1:2:4) type B1 for embedding (using 20mm graded aggregate) of size 15 x 15 x40 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(d) Variable secondary Panel should have a dedicated programmable logic controller with individual drive for each pump and with required Nos of sensors and the entire unit has to be procured from the Pump manufacturer to ensure the smooth operation of the system. The Programmable logic controller shall be able to control minimum 1 Pump and maximum of 4/6 Pumps, Automatic cascade control of pumps, automatic sequence change, Friction loss compensation. Pump status shall be there on display shall be graphical type with minimum 320 pixels X 240 Pixels VGA display with backlight.Drive should have rated input frequency 50 Hz and output frequency range of 0.5 to 132 Hz. An IP41/IP55 Nema Standard powder coated steel enclosure for Basement/Roof top, with sufficient capacity of cooling fan shall house all the electrical control components. (e) Microprocessor based control panel shall have suitable hardware & software so that it can be integrated directly to IBMS with standard communication open protocol using backnet / Modbus as well as open IP. (f) All the pump set shall have their control panel with respect to the motor rating. (g) All pumps to be provided with separate variable frequency drives. (h) One panel for each job shall be provided (for a set of two/three pumps) and the panels should be installed adjacent to each other.
