8 Bidder should not be debarred by any procurement entity in Central Government / State Government and its Departments for indulging in corrupt or fraudulent practices or for indulging in unfair trade practices for any reasons whatsoever at the time of bidding. A declaration by the authorized representative of the bidding agency to be submitted.

9 Any bidder from a country that shares a land border with India excluding countries to which the Government of India has extended lines of credit or in which the Government of India is engaged in development projects (as listed on the website of the Ministry of External Affairs) hereinafter called ‘Restricted Countries’ should be eligible to participate in this RFP, only if the bidder is registered with the Registration Committee constituted by the Department f o r Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) Self-Declaration

Bidder should have an office in Karnataka or else should give an undertaking that an office should be established if found successful in bidding. The processors (Intel/AMD)offered must be latest and should meet all the parameters mentioned in the specifications Post Supply - Product complete information should be available on the OEM portal including the technical specification (Softwares) and warranty details while using the SL no or service no of the product.
