Comprehensive Maintenance for the lift : (Routine, preventive, breakdown) (Daily, Weekly, Forthnightly ,Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly maintenance) and keeping the lift and its connected equipment's in serviceable condition (on all days including holidays) and during all type of weather/condition for the undermentioned lift of any make and capacity , types (geared or gearless, auto or manual operated with or without VVVF drive system with or without ARD system and including control panel etc) and also maintaining the necessary documents complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In charge. Location:-08 passenger lift of make Asharam electricals, serving ground +3 upper floor and installed at G J Block AFMC,Pune. (Note:- Number of days for month will be considered as the standard days as per calendar month)

Taking out old unserviceable landing push buttons system of any type and S&F landing push buttons with call register button with stainless steel face plate connection and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In charge

Taking out old unserviceable battery charging card of any type and S&F auto rescue device battery charging card heavy duty complete connection and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In charge

Taking out old unserviceable car operating panel of any type and S&F car operating panel with G,1,2,3 4 the floor, DC stop, alarm light, fan switch, up and down arrow, digital position indicator, door rollers suitable to existing lift complete connection and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In charge

Taking out old unserviceable V3F microprocessor and main drive of any type and S&F V3F micro processor full collective controller with ARD & V3F main drive suitable to upto 15 HP motor complete connection and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In charge

Supply and fix lift well bulket fitting LED light 12 watts with lamp with electronic driver unit complete including taking down unserviceable light complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In charge

Taking out old unserviceable travelling cable from hoist way and supply and fixing new travelling cable PVC insulated 12 core, flat/round type with stranded copper conductor, 1100 volt grade of size 0.75 sqmm, conforming to relevant IS with and including crimping with lugs of appropriate thimbles, suspended types, freely moveable's with car cabin up & down between ground & upper floor including necessary proper connection etc with mid way junction and other connection required in circuit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In charge

Taking out existing old defective sensor and in lieu providing new sensor (Labada) safety edge with power unit for full height of car door to safeguard passenger entering and leaving the lift suitable for 04 to 13 passenger capacity lift complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In charge

Taking out existing unserviceable light fitting and S & F new LED fittings, 16 watt complete with and including LED, all accessories fixtures complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In charge

Taking out existing unserviceable main hoist steel wire rope after disconnecting from counter weight pulley and car cabin and supply and fix new steel wire rope 13mm dia, galvanised 8/19 construction including making necessary connection with weight, pulley and car cabin clamps, nuts, bolts, washers etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In charge

Taking out existing unserviceable governor/ safety steel wire rope after disconnecting from counter weight pulley and car cabin and supply and fix new steel wire rope 8mm dia, galvanised 8/19 construction, including making necessary connection with weight, pulley and car cabin clamps, nuts, bolts, washers etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In charge

Disconnecting & taking out defective unserviceable main drive (any type) from existing control panel and supply and fixing new main drive VVVF drive upto 11.0 KW in G+4 storey building with all electric connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

Disconnecting & taking out defective unserviceable Car door drive and formatter (any type) from existing panel and supply and fixing Car door drive and formatter upto 11.0 KW in G+4 storey building with all electric connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In charge.

Disconnecting & taking out Microprocessor card and Power supply card of any type from existing panel and supply and fixing Microprocessor card and Power supply card upto 11.0 KW in G+4 storey building with all electric connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In charge.

Disconnecting & taking out Transformer of any type from existing panel and supply and fixing Transformer upto 300 Volt 110 AC upto G+4 storey building with all electric connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In charge.

Disconnecting & taking out Safety card any type from existing panel and supply and fixing Safety card upto G+4 storey building complete with all electric connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In charge.

Taking out existing Power relay card of any type and in lieu S&F new Power relay card with relay complete with all accessories/fixtures complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In charge.

Taking out existing relay card of any type and in lieu S&F new 8/5/4 relay card complete with all accessories/fixtures complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In charge.

Taking out existing defective battery and S & F in replacement of Battery 12 Volt 18 AH/26 AH for existing ARD of lifts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In charge

Taking out existing unserviceable annouciating devices and S&F annouciating devices like voice card, speaker etc including all accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In charge

Taking out existing defective LOP display card and in lieu S&F new LOP display card with all accessories/fixtures complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In charge

Taking out existing defective COP display card and in lieu S&F new COP display card with all accessories/fixtures complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In charge.

Taking out existing defective Contactor of any type and in lieu S&F new Contactor 25/32 Amps with all accessories/fixtures complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer In charge.

Taking out existing defective Emergency Alarm of any type and in lieu S&F new Emergency alarm with all accessories/fixtures complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In charge.

M&L for Gear Oil grade EP 320 for gear box unit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In charge.

Taking out existing defective Bull dog clip of any type and in lieu S&F new Bull dog clip 13mm/8mm with all accessories/fixtures complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In charge.

Taking out wornout and unserviceable Pulley assembly complete and Supply and Fix Pulley wheel with bearing including all accessories complete all as directed for Diamond Jubilee Block Lift G+3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In charge

Disconnecting all incoming and outgoing cables, removing the servo stabilizer, Transporting to local workshop at the location for opening, servicing/repairing the stabilizer including draining out the unserviceable transformer oil, dismantling and inspection of parts, and replacing the worn out/unserviceable spares of capacity 15 KVA and transporting back to location installing and connecting up the incoming and outgoing cable all as directed. (For Nursing Mess Lift - 02 Nos) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In charge

Taking out existing unserviceable cabin fan and providing new cabin fan, Non-Oscillating type axial flow single speed, 300 mm sweep, 240 Volt with grill complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In charge.

Taking out unserviceable door lock of any type complete and Supply and Fix Auto door lock system including all accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In charge.
