M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surface of wall including cornices etc. by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots and removal of vegetation and applying one coat of white wash on old surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling by brooming down or steel wire scraping, down with steel scraper, smoke soot, mould moss and efforescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of wall by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distemper and painted surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic distemper (ready mix) having VOOC less than 50gm/litre using auto roller for making the surface uniform complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of ceiling including filling holes and cracks with white cement to make the surface smooth and applying one coat of oil bound dostemper complete all as specified and directed.
