Plantation of Tall plants of Trees as per Chapter 26 of PWD HSR 2021. (i) Surface dressing of ground including removing rank vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5 m in all kinds of soils (ii) Digging of pits on all kind of soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with well decayed FYM @30% of pit volume and insecticide for termite control (excluding cost of FYM and insecticide) size of pits 0.60 m x 0.60 m x 0.60 m (iii) Supply and planting in prepared pits and watering, healthy, vigorous, growing permanent trees including application of 10 ml chlorphriphos20% EC, planting desired disease free, 200 cm to 220 cm, height, 5 cm to 6 cm calliper size stem, full of folliage, ornamental tree sapling each to be supplies in 30 cm x 30 cm poly bags. The list of plants to be planted will be provided by MCG to the Contractor. (iv) Carriage of manure from Bandhwari plant (Average lead of 15 KM upto site of plantation) (v) Providing and fixing single stack for a tree with bamboo 38mm dia 2.40 m long inclduing rope wire etc. (vi) Add Epf 13% on 50% cost considering as labour component and Add ESI 3.25% on 50% cost considering as labour component Note :- The rates are exclusive ESI & EPF but inclusive of all the other taxes, GST, Labour Welfare Cess and Contractors profit.

(ii) Digging of pits on all kind of soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with well decayed FYM @30% of pit volume and insecticide for termite control (excluding cost of FYM and insecticide) size of pits 0.75 m x 0.75 m x 0.75 m (iii) Supply and planting rare and specimen tree plants in already prepared pits (Ficus starlight 150 cm height, Terminalia manatalis 210 cm height, Michelia Champa hybrid more than 180cm height, Cyprus (Golden juniperous) more than 180 cm height, topiary of 10-12 no. well trimmed bolls of more than 30 cm size of Ficus nuda, Ficus retusa, Ficus long island, Ficus Panda more than 180 cm height, Golden Bottle Brush, Casuriana equisetifolia, Bottle Palm with stem circumference at base more than 40 cm, Washingtonia palm of healthy clear stem height below leaf more than 90 cm, including Fertilizer and insecticides chloropyriphos 20 ml per pit, planting of 180 cm to 210 cm tall saplings in position and flooding with water species of plants will be decided by engineer in charge. The list of plants to be planted will be provided by MCG to the Contractor. (i) Surface dressing of ground including removing rank vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5 m in all kinds of soils. (ii) Digging of pits on all kind of soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with well decayed FYM @30% of pit volume and insecticide for termite control (excluding cost of FYM and insecticide) size of pits 0.45 m x 0.45 m x 0.45 m. (iii) Supply and planting disease free, healthy, vigorous, growing more than 75 cm height permanent shrubs in already prepared pits supplied in 25 cm x 20 cm Poly bags application of 10 ml chlorphriphos 20% EC termiticide each and watering through the tractor tanker.The list of plants to be planted will be provided by MCG to the Contractor. (iv) Carriage of manure from Bandhwari plant (Average lead of 15 KM upto site of plantation) (v) Add Epf 13% on 50% cost considering as labour component and Add ESI 3.25% on 50% cost considering as labour component Note :- The rates are exclusive ESI & EPF but inclusive of all the other taxes, GST, Labour Welfare Cess and Contractors profit.

Maintenance of tree for one month for the 1st three years of age including weeding, hoeing , plant protection , watering 08 times in a month from Deptt. Source including cost of water carriage, application of 10 ml chlorpyriphos four times, 0.0289 cum FYM each, 50 gm urea and 50 g DAP twice ,replacement of casualty, disposal of debris and other activities. etc.( The HSR rates are exclusive of EPF and ESI but inclusive of all other taxes, GST, Labour welfare Cess and Contractor's profit. Therefore EPF@13% and [email protected]% has been added additionally \considering 50 % as labour component for fixing.) ( Details attached at Annexure-4). Maintenance is being taken per plant intially for a period of 3 Months.
