Distmantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removal of dismantled materials/rubbish from site complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down chowkats with shutter of any description (without taking down shutter from the frame) n.exc 1.5 Sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 03 above but refix in the same opening.

Demolition and breaking up of drain pipes (AC or PVC) 110mm dia (Internal), set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster/terrazo cast in situ of any description on brick or stone walls, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition to cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition to cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stones work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) including 50 micron polythene film laid complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring including finished the surface even and rough to receive tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in plinth protection; path / hardstanding etc laid in bays / panels not exc.2.00 Sqm each including construction joints at suitable interval and each corner and filled with bituminous mastic filling (1 part bitumen & 3 part sand) and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for non skid coloured ceramic tiles of 7 to 8mm thick ( Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqm as in floors etc conforming to IS-13712, grade B-II-(a) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including cement screed bed/bedding layer of 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials & labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size (300x200mm/350x250mm/450x350mm) of 7mm thick, as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado/riser to steps etc conforming to IS-13712 grade IB-III set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including cement screed bed/backing layer of 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) in two layer (Base layer 10mm and top layer 5mm) with using WPC shall be mixed with cement mortar in finishing outer layer only as per manufacturer's instruction, on other than fair face of brick/stone masonry (external surfaces) finished surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only)

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick Granite Slab green in one piece machine cut, as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing including rounding to edges of stone slabs such as in steps, cooking platforms, and other similar situations over and including 20mm thick bedding/backing layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix vitreous china white colour oval shape wash hand basin of size 560 x 400 x 205 mm fixed with brackets including providing 32mm dia PVC waste pipe 32mm bore CP waste coupling of PTMT (half or full threaded minimum weight 45 gms) and making all necessary connection complete all as specified and as directed. S&F white vitreous china wash down water closet seat pan pedestal pattern, EWC, of size 520x360x399mm with 'P' or 'S' Trap including fixing bolts, plastic water closet seat cover, closed patterns with flat bottom and mild steel chromium plated or aluminium anodised haning device, making all necessary connection and making good the disturb surfaces of floor complete all as specified and as directed. S&F in repairs vitreous China squatting pan. 'Orissa ' pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with intergal foot rests (excluding flusing cistern and flush pipe) including connecting to trap and flushing pipe anti syphon pipe etc provision of lime concrete bedding complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in repair 10 litre capacity low level PVC flushing cistern(white), syphonic action type, with inlet, ball valve, float, handle, fixed with cast iron bracket (of suitable size) and providing 32mm dia PVC flush pipe and making all necessary connections complete all as specified and as directed. Taking up or down 15mm bore steel water tubings including fittings etc complete and making good disturbed surfaces of walls/ ceilings etc complete all as directed.

Supply and fix factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded wood grain finished colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail &bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail panel will be of wire gauze in lieu of wood grain PVC sheet panel. S& F for GI Powder coated snap grid frame work for false ceiling of 605 x 605mm size fixed to walls with rawl plugs & screws and hanged to roof with and including 1mm dia GI wire suspender of suitable length and butterfly clips, size of main tee shall be 23mm x 28mm x 0.70mm thick, cross tee shall be 23mm x 28mm x 0.70mm thick and wall angle shall be 20mm x 20mm x 0.70mm thick conforrming to IS: 733, 737 & IS:1285 ; complete all as per manufacturers instructions & specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls applying two coats of distemper, oil emulsion, white or tinted over a coat of primer on new wall surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying 1.5 mm thick white wall care putty on walls for preparation of uniform & smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 2nd class hard wood Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints,all as specified.

M&L 2nd class hard wood timber scantling of any size or in any position such as truss, purlin etc and if in repairs, to replace old and decayed timber (including piecing, scarfing etc of old and new timbers if required) and removing defective portions to store complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for joist, angle or any rolled sections fixed to old/new MS work including necessary fabrication complete as in rafters, purlins, door frame etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 30mm thick flush door shutter, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels. Commercial type on one side and other face coverd with decorative face veneer with 6mm thick teak wood lipping/frame to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description n.exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L RCC (Nominal mix) type B1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggr as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Re-inforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Formwork to faces of lintel, chajja and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for taking out old precast cover slab from existing drain and refixing the same after necessary repair of the drain/channel in new or old location as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

SCHEDULE 'A' (E/M WORKS)

Taking down carefully/aluminium point wiring (light, socket or power) complete (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc to be measured separately), and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/outlets boxes, DBs, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holder, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and regulator etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down MCB of any type or rating and keeping aside complete all as specified and as directed.
