Repair/maintenance and servicing of oil cooled step down transformer of capacity 150 to 300 KVA, comprising following work services :- (a) Disconnection of cable termination of HT & LT ends. (b) Opening of top cover by removing nuts, bolts and all mounting accessories and conservator tanks. (d) Cleaning all sludges from main oil tank and conservator tank and removal off the site. (e) Servicing of tap changing gears by cleaning and polishing tapping contact points. (f) Cleaning, polishing of serviceable bush and stud both HT/LT side and refixing the same. (g) Replacing unserviceable stud and bush as required as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (h) New silica gel requied for replacing Note :- (i) While replacing and refixing the stud and bush all nuts, washers and gaskets are to be replaced with new one against the coated rate (ii) New bushes and studs required for replacement . (h) Refixing all cable terminals HV & LV sides and transformer top cover, conservator tank in position. (l) Connecting HT & LT side with existing incoming and outgoing cables including reconnection of earth strip/lead.Note: (i) HT side cable connection shall be made with new HT tape & M Seal Monoplast. (ii) M seal monoplast required for replacement shall be deemed in coated rate. (iii) The items of work mentioned here-in-after are tentative and may vary as per site requirement as assessed by the representative and the Engn-in-Charge after strip inspection and the contractor shall have no claim on that account. (iv) Contractor wiil be very careful and should ensure not to enter any type of moisture in side the transformer during maintenance. Supply and refilling of transformer oil having di-electric strength not less than 50 KV after initial dehydration/filteration conforming to IS 335 and ISI marked to be brought at site in sealed container different capacity of transformers including drain out the old transformer oils all as directed.

Material and labour for painting (with spary machine) of transformers any capacity with one coat of synthetic enamel paint after and including cleaning of existing surface of all dirts and greasy materials including marking of SM/MES Nos with letters n exc 15cm height at appropriate places complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note: The superficial area for the purpose of painting shall be considered approx 10 Sqm.

Complete servicing to the DG set comprising of the following works for the capacity 20 to 35 KVA complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge :- (a) Draining out unserviceable engine oil from engine, refill with new. (Engine oil will be supplied by contactor) (b) Cleaning all sludge/deposits in the oil sump and removed off the site c) Supply and replacing the primery, secondary and bi-pass fuel filters (d) Supply and replacing oil filters with gasket (e) Cleaning of air filters (f) Supply and replace unserviceable hose pipe as required at site (g) Supply and replace PVC fuel indication tube (h) Supply and replacing battery terminals (i) Cogged fan belt (j) Complete body and canopy Painting with Sprayer/compressor

M & L for painting of RCC pole or IRON pole 7/9mtrs long and carrying out following phase of work all as directed (a) Cleaning and preparation of surface of RCC pole 9mtrs (b) Carrying out one coat cement based paint(apprx 7mtr long) © Carrying of painting with synthetic enamel paint one coat over the concrete surface of pole using Black and Yellow paint all as directed area 0.80 sqmtr(apprx) per pole including painting of brackets and clamp of any size.
