The quantities given here under are tentative. They can vary on either side upto any extant,the contractor shall have no claim on account of changes and shall be paid of the quantities as physically met at site reach of work for complete work. (Rate are excluding GST)

Earth work in Mar, Kabrar, Ranker & Kanker mixed soil in digging and filling in approach including lead of 1 Km. with power transport & lift of 1.5m. including dressing making profile & watering and mechanical comaction but excluding manual compaction including all material, labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

By mix in place method (for Blanket Coat) Construction of granular Sub-base Grade-IIIrd by providing well graded material, for Blanket Coat 15cm Compacted thick s Spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to Achieve the desired density. complete as per technical specification caluse 401.

Granular Sub-Base with well graded material (400.1) A- by Mix in place method Construction of granular Sub-base by providing well graded material Spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to Achieve the desired density. complete as per technical specification caluse 401.

Water Bound Macadam Sub-base/base WBM Grading-II Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of 45-63 mm stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Water Bound Macadam Sub-base/base WBM Grading-III Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of 22.4-53 mm stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Prime Coat Low Porosity Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleading of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 to 1.00 Kg/sqm using mannual means. clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

20mm thick Open-Graded Premix Carpet using Bituminous (penetration grade/modified bitumen) Binder Providing laying and rolling of open greded premix carpet of 20 mm thick compacted composed of 13.2mm and 11.2mm aggregate using bitumen VG-10 @ 1.46 Kg. per sqm to required line, grade & level to serve as wearing coat on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable mixall plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80/100 kN static roller capacity finished to required level and grade including all material, labour, T&P hire & fuel charges of mixall and roller etc. (As per MORD Databook clause 5.90 (508)

Seal Coat Providing laying seal coat type C with 6.7 mm stone chippings @ 0.009 cum per sqm precoated with Bitumen VG-10 @ 0.65 Kg. /sqm in a suitable mixall plant and rolling with a three wheel 80/100 kN static roller to seal the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall as per technical specification Clause and also including all material, labour, T&P hire & fuel charges of mixall and roller etc. (as per MORD data book clause 5.12 (510)
