| 2.00CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM Supply, Install, testing, balancing and commissioning of central air-conditioning plant as per scope of work given in the following items and sub items of work to maintain design temperature of 22 ± 2°C and humidity of 55 ± 5% at the given building and as shown on Annexure-'A' in Misser Mine, NAD Mankhurd and based on other conditions as given in the User Data sheet and all as required as per the standard code of practice in the given field. Care has been taken to include all items as per below given detail however in case any item of work civi or electrical or mechanical not specifically specified but essentially required for successful and efficient completion and commissioning of air conditioning system shall be procured and fitted in the system to achieve the targeted and optimum performance, the cost of which is deemed included in the quoted tender rates against each item and as a whole of the system. WATER-COOLED INVERTER SCROLL TYPE CHILLER UNIT AHRI CERTIFIED Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of INVERTER SCROLL AHRI CERTIFIED, factory designed, pre-fabricated and floor-mounted hermetically sealed Inverter scroll type water cooled chiller machine of at least TR as mentioned in below nominal capacity and complete with scroll compressors having independent refrigerant circuits & automatic stepless capacity control, water-cooled type condenser, horizontal flooded type evaporator with MS shell and seamless copper tubes with elastomeric insulation, suitable numbers of herrmatically sealed Inverter compressor/s, lubrication system as per manufacturer's design required for smooth and trouble-free operation of the chiller package, common base frame, interconnected copper refrigerant piping along with elastomeric insulation, fittings, valves, expansion valves and accessories to interconnect compressor, condenser, chiller and expansion valve, microprocessor based control panel comprising of controls including sensors and equipped with a keyboard, LCD touchscreen min 7" access input system, protection and monitoring devices to perform control functions, wiring, vibration isolators, gauge panel, automatic safety controls, flow switch at evaporator and condenser and ozone friendly, CFC-free refrigerant R- 410A/R407A all complete as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge and accessories complete to maintain inside condition as under : Temp - 22 ± 2°C RH - 55 ± 5 % Air changes - As shown in Annexure-'A' Operational period Annexure-'A' and comprising of the following :- - Restrained Spring Isolators Vibration Isolator Of Approved Make and specifications - Spring elements shall have a lateral stiffness greater than 1.2 times the rated vertical stiffness and shall be designed to provide a minimum of 50% overload capacity. | 3.00CTI CERTIFIED Induced Draft COOLING TOWERS Design & Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of FRP construction, Induced Draft, Cross flow Cooling Towers (single / multicell as mentioned below), complete with FRP basin, honeycomb design PVC fill, drift eliminators, hot water distributors, low noise adjustable pitch propeller type fan of FRP & Belt Driven along with casing, coupled with TEFC Squirrel cage induction motor weather-proof with cowl for outdoor installation. Basin shall be provided with accessories like quickfill, makeup & drain pipes, Pvc construction float valve, overflow pipe etc. Motor shall be suitable for 415V ± 10%, 50Hz ± 5%, 3-phase AC supply.
