Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of ongrid solar power plants suitable to mount on existing metallic structures with following major components (the detailed specifications and ratings of item as per item Sr. no. 1.1 and 1.2 below) : a) Mono-perc crystalline-si Solar PV module combination, module frame shall be made of anodised aluminium alloy. Minimum total kWp rating of module array shall be as per specific item rating. b) On Grid solar Inverter, suitable for wall mounting, having suitable numbers of MPPT & and LAN based communication module in line with design of solar power plant. The inverter output shall be three phase 415V AC & suitable for single phase 230AC 50 Hz. Minimum kVA rating of string inverter shall be as per shall be as per specific item rating. c) Array Junction Box (AJB)/ String Combiner Box (SCB) rated for 1000V DC switchgears, IP 65, dust, water & vermin proof, UV resistance shall be equiped with Surge protective device (SPD), DC Fuses, Bus-bars/cables and made out of weather proof prefabricated poly carbonate material. All wires/cables must be terminated through Copper tinned cable lugs/MC4 connectors. d) AC distribution box shall be provided for distribution of AC power from output of inverter. This DB shall be equiped with Class-II IEC Surge protective device, earthing terminal, 415V four pole RCBO with overload and leakage current protection. Min. rating of RCBO shall be 32A, 100 mA for 10 kWp system and 100A, 100 mA for 50 kWp system. e) Microprocessor based Energy Solar net meter of suitable rating housed in a meter box with transparent inspection cover & fuse protection. Display parameters of this energy meter shall be LCD test, kWh generation export recording, Date & Time, AC current and voltages and power factor. The Cumulative kWh will be indicated continuously by default & other parameters through push-button. f) Suitable earthing network of apropriate sizes of earth conductor. All the components of installation shall be earthed properly. g) Cabling work from PV module to AJB, AJB to inverter and inverter to ACDB with proper end terminatiosn for AC and DC shall be in the scope of work. The DC cables from the SPV module array shall run through a UV-stabilized good quality PVC conduit pipe of adequate diameter. Underground DC cabling upto inverter includes laying of cables in 50 mm dia HDPE pipe laid 900 mm below ground level. Excavation work in all soils/boulders/murrum/hard rock is included in the scope of work. h) Motorised PV modules cleaning system. i) Installation shall be equiped with Anti bird system for PV modules array. j) Fabrication work of hot dip galvanized G.I. made module mounting structure (MMS) including supports, hardware and purlins. The MMS shall be of adequate stength, balanced & durable, suitable to fixed over existing MS fabricated elevated structures. Working height is upto 08 meters.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Grid Connection Box made out of 14 swg MS sheet poweder coated material with cover and having thermal magetic relase type four pole MCCB, 415V, s/c rating of min. 16 kA, Enclosure should have sufficient space for cable termination, links & earthing terminals. MCCB current ratings are as follows:

Installation, Testing & Commissioning Of Power Cables of Following Size:

In Ground: 4 Core 16/10/6 sq mm Aluminium armoured cable

On Wall/Trench/Above False Ceiling: 3.5 Core 70/50 sq mm Aluminium armoured XLPE cable.

On Wall/Trench/Above False Ceiling:4 Core 16/10/6 sqmm Aluminium armoured XLPE cable.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of end termination of Al. ar. Power Cables with double compression glands, of following sizes:

3.5 Core 70/50 sq mm.

4x16/10/6 sqmm.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of HDPE pipe of 50 mm dia, 4kg pressure, on wall/trench by supplying and fixing of MS clamps and other hardware required as per specifications.

G.I. Strip/Wire :- Supply and Installation of 50X5/ 32X6/25X3mm size GI earth strip on roof/wall/parapet wall with all required fixing material.

G.I Earthing Station : Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of GI plate earthing as per IS: 3043 and our specifications. The size of the plate will be 600X600X6.3mm. A test link of size 200mm length and 5mm thick shall be provided inside of earthing chamber. Two length of GI strip of size 50X5mm shall be installed from GI plate to test link. This GI strip shall be welded minimum 300mm both side in centre of plate and connected with test link by suitable NUT-BOLTS with washers. At both end of test link there shall be provision of NUT-BOLT and washer for connection of GI strip which is connecting the earth pits with the system or quipments. A 19mm dia GI pipe shall be install from mid of GI plate to earthing chamber and funnel will be mounted on the top of this pipe. There shall be hole of all along the GI pipe and it should be cut at 45 degree angle at the plate side end. CI pre-casted cover shall be provided on the earthing chamber. The chamber of earthing pit shall be as per attached sketch.

MS Sheet fabrication : Fabrication, Supply and Installation of MS boxes/ Ducts made out of 16 SWG MS sheet as per the site requirement. Sufficient space and clamping arrangement shall be provided for incoming and outgoing cables, complete with anti corrosive treatment by Powder coating / Synthetic enameled paint, earthing bolts etc. The enclosure shall be suitable for placing RCBO/MCBs/MCCB /Metal clad sockets / telephone modules etc. as per the requirement.

MS Support and angle fabrication: Supply fabrication and installation of MS support, MS angle, channel etc. of various sizeupto 50x50x3 mm with two coats of primer and two coats of synthetic enamal painting. The fabrication includes fabrication of MS supports as per the site requirement and instruction of the department. Grouting and fixing over EP/minor civil work/wall touchup painting are included in the item.

M25 grade RCC civil work for repair of roads/trenches etc.
