Construction of Embankment with Material Obtained from Borrow Pits Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5. including labour cess. the compact thickness of each layer shall not be more than 200mm. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3. including labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 (for trench Excavation). including labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Well graded Material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. including royality & labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Providing, laying and spreading Material on a prepared sub base, adding cement @4% Cement by weight to the spread material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with road roller at OMC to achieve desired unconfined compressive strength and form a layer of Sun-base. including royality & labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD Specification Clause 503, including bitumen & labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type C as per MORD Specification Clause 508, including bitumen, royality & labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C,as per MORD Specification Clause 510, including bitumen, royality & labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. (Patri only). including labour cess. the compact thickness of each layer shall not be more than 200mm. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material. as per Technical Specification Clause 9.1. including labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.
