Providing two coats of oil bound distemper of approved shade and make over old surface including washing, cleaning and papering the walls, scaffolding, washing of floors and taxes, all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :13.46.1 New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied@ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Dismantling old plaster and pointing in cement or lime and raking out joints to 15 mm. depth, watering and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/l.

Dismantling patent stone floor including stacking serviceable materials in countable stacks within 15M. lead and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/l.

Providing 6 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) in ceiling with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing 12mm cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Extra for cleaning the old surface by scrapping the entire old white wash or colour wash including cost of scaffolding all complete as per direction of E/l.

Taking down old door and window shutters including stacking serviceable materials within 15M. lead and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/l.

Supplying, fitting and fixing 20 guage G.C.I, sheet gate fitted on M.S. Angle frame of size 60x60x6mm. including cost of fabrication , providing necessary locking arrangement with haskal and domny duly fixed in P.C.C. (1:2:4) blocks of required size, applying a priming red lead paint over steel work, taxes all complete as per drawing specification and direction of E/l.

Supplying, fitting and fixing M.S. grill made of 20x6mm M.S. flat as per approved design and drawing, properly fabricated with joints continuous fillet welded and finished smooth , carriage of grill to work site, hoisting as per building specification and direction of E/l. (where materials is not supplied by the deptt.)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and laying 25mm thick kotah stone slab flooring of approved size, texture and colour over 19mm thick base of lime morter (1:1:1) (lime putty : surkhi: coarse sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing to granolithic finish with approved quality of carborandum stone including cost of curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. 600 x 600 mm size (iv) 600 x 600 mm size

Providing primer one coat of red lead paint ofapproved make over steel surface including preparing the surface after cleaning removing dirt, scales, grease and sand papering, including cost of scaffolding etc. all complete as per building specification direction of E/I.

Providing and laying APP (Atactic olypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical andchemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane :

Providing and laying in position cement of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-All work up to plinthlevel 1:1.5:3(1 cement:1.5 coarse sand(zone III):3 Gradestone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm ominal size derived from natural sources) over 75mmthick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed andconsolidated and grouted with fine sand, including ecessary excavation,levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth

Providing 150 mm. wide brick drain in cement mortar (1:6) with av. 125 mm. clear depth and 250 mm. apron including cost of earthwork involved with 75 mm. ~ cement concrete (1:4:8) over one brick designation 75A flat soling in proper grade and slope at the base, the drain duly plastered in C.M.(1:3) with punning over exposed surface all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.
