Schedule 'A' Section - I

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall surfaces etc incl raking out joints hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M&L rendeing 10mm thick fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement (Internal surfaces) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment of wall and treated with 3mm of wall care putty and applying two coat of oil bound distemper (tint as approved by GE) complete all as specified.

M&L for applying two coat of Oil emulsion distemper (tint as approved by GE) including prepration of newly plastered wall surface over a coat of 3mm thick wall care putty with one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling ceiling boards (fibre,plup insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In- Charge.

Material and labour for false ceiling with one layer of 'Lagap' standard boards manufactures by M/S Lafarge board Gypsum India Pvt Ltd at all height and levels standard boards of size 1220x1830x12.5mm standard board to be laid on 'LaGap universal channel (web 45mm premanufactures specifications metal thickness (BMT) 0.55 mm and length 3660 mm to be used as main channel as well as ceiling channel (Size of web 28mm flange 18/30 mm and length 3660 mm MBT 0.55 mm , and L angle (Length 3050 mm MBT 0.55mm )with using 5 mm dia GI wire adjustable suspended clip and finally the board are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look with which includes filling and finishing the tepered and square edges of the board with 'LaGyp' easy joint Gypsum based jointing compound "LaGyp" paper tape Complete all as per manufactures instructions and as per directed by Engr-In-Charge. The rate shouled include providing and laying two or more coats of oil bound distemper to give a neat and even finish including preparing the base with primor and scaffolding etc complete in all respect complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un re-inforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc. 15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In- Charge.

Material & Labour for 50mm thick plain cement concrete C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In- Charge. Note:- The plinth protection shall be laid in pannels and length of the each panel shall not be more than 2.00 mtr all as directed. 6mm joints filled with 85/25 grade bitumen and sand (1:3 ratio) shall be provided. No deduction for joints shall be made while making payment against the above item.

PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded agg as in surface channel / drains complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In- Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in forms, moulds/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In- Charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage thickness incl Nainital pattern as in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In- Charge.

Supply and fixing Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, ridges etc. fixed all as per manufactures's instructions and fixed with self thread making steel screws of length not less than 50mm as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site with suitable arangement as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In- Charge.

Supply and fixing Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, ridges, flashing, eaves board valley gutter of any shape etc, cut to designed shape (Jhhallar) as directed at site fixed all as per manufactures's instructions and fixed with self thread making steel screws of length not less than 50mm as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site with suitable arangement as required complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted, or forged into spikes , framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings , framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In- Charge.

Taking down carefully copper/AImn point wiring (Light,Fan/Point Socket or power) (fittings such as switches ceiling roeses, pendent, regulators, sockets etc to be measured & paid seprately) & making good to disturbed surface of walls/floors etc.

M&L point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with stranded copper conductor single core 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal area), PVC insulated cable in and incl PVC conduit (ISI marked) including cutting chiseling and grouting concealed PVC conduit pipe, tee, elbow and bend etc.and with all connecting accessories incl mild steel sunken boxes suitable for mounting switch/sockets with earth dolly duly painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl mounting frame over cover plate, covered with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet, incl PVC insulated copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal area) single core PVC cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified. Note : Switch/sockets shall be measured and paid for separately :-

All as per item No 2 here-in-before but with 2 single core PVC insulated FRLS and sheathed copper conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm in and including PVC conduit (ISI marked) including cutting chiseling and grouting concealed PVC conduit pipe, tee, elbow and bend etc.and with all connecting accessories with 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor as earth wire and connecting to common earth dolly for 6 pin 16 Amp socket outlet on the independent board.using 2.5 sqmm copper cable incl PVC insulated copeer conductor 2.5 Sqmm as continued earth wire .

Supply & Fixing exhaust fan, energy efficent metalic blades heavy duty turbo force of size 450 mm sweep, 900 rpm, AC, 230 volts complete with louvers, shutters, mounting on walls with holding down bolts, nuts, washers with cutting holes into or through stone/brick walls for fixing of 450 mm sweep exhaust fan including making good the cutting and matching the surface with existing surfaces and connection of flexible copper conductor cable three core ceiling rose to fan and testing complete all as specified.

Supply & Fixing exhaust fan, energy efficent PVC blades luminous ventro deluxe for bathroom of size 220 mm sweep, 900 rpm, AC, 230 volts complete with louvers, shutters, mounting on walls with holding down bolts, nuts, washers with cutting holes into or through stone/brick walls for fixing of 220 mm sweep exhaust fan including making good the cutting and matching the surface with existing surfaces and connection of flexible copper conductor cable three core ceiling rose to fan and testing complete all as specified.

Supply & Fixing wind ventilator industrial roof top exhuast fan of size 450 mm sweep, 900 rpm, AC, 230 volts complete with louvers, shutters, mounting on walls with holding down bolts, nuts, washers with cutting holes into or through stone/brick walls for fixing of 450 mm sweep exhaust fan including making good the cutting and matching the surface with existing surfaces and connection of flexible copper conductor cable three core ceiling rose to fan and testing complete all as specified.

M&L for submain wiring with 2 single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 6 Sqmm copper conductor PVC sheathed in and including rigid PVC concealed conduit heavy duty of suitable size incl cutting chiseling of wall and making good to disturbed surface of walls / floor etc with plastering painting etc so as to match with the existing finishes, drawn with 6 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor cable for earth wire fixed with shaddle and connecting to common earth teriminals complete all as specified. )
