Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :

a) 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

a) Two coats.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

a) One or more coats on old work.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

a) With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Renewing glass panes and refixing existing wooden fillets:

a) Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge..

a) In cement mortar

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.

a) For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. : Internal work - Exposed on wall

a) 25 mm nominal outer dia .Pipes.

b) 32 mm nominal outer dia. Pipes.

c) 40 mm nominal outer dia. Pipes.

Providing and fixing PTMT extension nipple for water tank pipe, fittings of approved quality and colour.

a) 25mm nominal bore. Weighing not less than 62 gms.

Providing & fixing PTMT union of approved quality and colour.

Providing & fixing PTMT gate valve of approved quality and colour.

Removing abnormly big pipal plant on wall/roof i/c scaffolding and cutting the tree and finally treating with chemical/acid etc to desolve and stop re-growth as production.

Providing and fixing polyethylene water storage tank's cover with suitable locking arrangement, nuts and screws etc. complete.

Supplying and providing water proofing material Dr. fixiti, 301 Pedicrete URP or equivalent in cement conrete, RCC, plastering etc. in doses as per manufacturer’s specification.

Taking out 03 nos 1000 ltrs. polyethylene water storage tank with all existing pipes and fittings as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing temporary arrangement for water supply by available polyethylene water storage tank with all existing pipes and fittings i/c required pipes and fittings etc. as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Refixing of available 03 nos 1000 ltrs. polyethylene water storage tank with all serviceable pipes and fittings in its original position as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Required new pipes, unioins, valves and fittings shall be paid in basic items)
