Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, i/c cutting, hosting, fixing in position and appling a priming coat of red lead paint:- (a) In trusses and trussed purlins in building.

Providing & laying granite stone in flooring 20mm average thickness base of cement mortar 1:3(cement :3sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite stone i/c rubbing and polishing complete 20mm thick.

Appling birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final metter finish to the surface complete.

Wall painting (two coat) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on un-decorated wall surface to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface clean of all dirt grease, loose pieces of scale and sand papered smooth.

Providing and laying spartic ceremic tile 5.5mm thick in flooring (300x300mm size) treads of steps laid on 1:3 (1cement: 3sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement.
