Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of 70W LED Type Street Light Fixture on the existing street light wall bracket with nut bolts, making inter connections from cable junction box to fitting with already supplied 3C X 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable/looping of fitting at the top of pole if required as per instructions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Erection of metallic pole of 7 mtr length including provision of RCC foundation for erection of the metallic pole (Details are mentioned in Item-4) including design of RCC foundation with resistance capacity of 296 KM/Hr Wind Speed, by providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm) and providing Steel reinforcement (Thermo-Mechanically 2 Treated bars of grade Fe-415 or more) for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in the foundation of minimum size of 450 mm(L) x 450 mm(W) x 1500 mm (H) as per OEM recommendation /Vetted Design including fixing of J bolts and providing suitable size HDPE pipe in the foundation for looping of cable, installation of suitable 4 way cable connector for connecting the loop in loop out cable inside the pole, fixing of departmentally supplied MCB, including excavation and refilling etc. complete as required.

Supply and fixing of the following size cross arm at top of pole (these cross arm shall be suitable for top of 7 mtr pole mentioned in BOQ item NO:4 and Suitable for LED Light fixture mentioned in BOQ Item No-1 ) including 3 no's 10mm dia HDG pinch bolts, Stiffness plates etc. as required. Supply and fixing of the following size single arm at top of pole (these cross arm shall be suitable for top of 7 mtr pole mentioned in BOQ item NO:4 and Suitable for LED Light fixture mentioned in BOQ Item No-1 ) including 3 no's 10mm dia HDG pinch bolts, Stiffness plates etc. as required. Single Arm Bracket having arm length of 1.2 mtr

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required.

Supplying and making end termination (w/o glands ) with aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 4 x 16 sq.mm

Supply and erection of extra supporting MS structure using 40mm pipe, L channel as required for flood light/street light over the pole including cutting, welding, fixing in position and applying one coat of primer, two coats of paint complete as required.
