Modification of compound wall at NFC-Kota townhship, Rawatbhata.

Earth work in over areas by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means/controlled blasting to required profile, level, grade, camber, etc in all soils/strata as mentioned below upto all depths as per drawing and as directed, including dressing of excavated sides and ramming of bottoms and disposal / stacking of excavated materials within a lead of 150m and all inferent lifts and filling of available earth in layers not exceeding 200mm, watering, consolidation etc. complete all as per specifications, drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Soft rock/Filled Up Rock/Soils/Crushed rocks

Hard rock ( by chiselling or wedging or rock hammer and cutter or hydraulic splitter or by using machine such as poclain with jack hammer or controlled blasting or by approved chemical method as directed by EIC)

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge

Lead charges within NFC-Kota township for additional lead over the initial lead by mechanical transport, including loading, unloading, stacking, the disposable soil, rock , other unserviceable materials etc., Note: Measurement of lead charges will be based on truck measurement with a deduction of voids @ 50%.

Plain Cement Concrete (P.C.C) 1:3:6 by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or RMC of grade M-10 using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 with Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 250 Kg/Cum (M/s. ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd. make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork, complete as specified and directed.

Reinforced Cement Concrete by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or approved RMC of Grade M - 25 (Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 340 Kg/Cum) at all heights and depths using using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd. make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size including mixing superplasticizer of brand M/s. FOSROC ,SIKA,BASF,CICO in proportion as per Manufacturer's Specifications, Pumping / Lifting of concrete to the required heights, Concrete laid to proper level, profile and slope, placing concrete, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork and reinforcement as specified and directed.

Providing centering and shuttering using steel shuttering plates at all depths and heights below and above plinth level, vertical, horizontal, inclined for insitu reinforced cement concrete and in plain cement concrete work as required to correct line and level as per drawings with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly, with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof, and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed, applying one coat of shuttering oil on all shuttering surfaces coming in contact with concrete, including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. (The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces.)

Supply, fabrication and erection of Reinforcement bars for Reinforced cement concrete items at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D/550D or more conforming to IS 1786 of Tata, Vizag steel, Sail, JSW, JSPL make, including transport to site, loading and unloading, making fan hooks of required shape, dowels for bonding masonry, transporting steel to site, decoiling, removing of scales, straightening, cutting, bending, fixing bars with chairs, space bars wherever required, in position with two strings of 18 gauge soft drawn annealed MS binding wire inclusive of its supply etc., complete as specified and as per direction of Engineer- in-Charge.

Supply, Fabrication and erection of Structural Steel work using rolled steel joists, angles, jalli, channels, plates, chequered plates, flats, bars, Square Hollow Sections/Rectangular Hollow Sections/Steel Tubes conforming to IS 4923/ IS 1161 in built up sections, framed work, mezzanine, ladder, trestles, gates, fencing etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing of M/s. Tata, Vizag Steel, JSW, SAIL of strength not less than Grade E 250 IS-2062:2011 including providing Bolts and Nuts and other accessories wherever required, arc welding with electrodes conforming to IS 814 of make Advani, D&H, Philips, surface preparation by cleaning with wire brush painting with 2 (Two) coats of synthetic enamel paint of make Asian Paints/Berger/Dulux over 1 (one) coat of red oxide/zinc chromate primer of make Asian Paints/Berger/Dulux, complete as specified and directed

Supplying, fabrication and erection of MS grills, hollow structural steel section by using MS tube of approved make at all levels above plinth level as per design including bolting/welding using weld rods of make D&H, Advani, Philips, including surface preparation by cleaning with wire brush, painting with 2 (Two) coats of synthetic enamel paint of make Asian Paints/Berger/Dulux over 1 (one) coat of red oxide/zinc chromate primer of make Asian Paints/Berger/Dulux complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work as per IS 2212 using fly ash bricks conforming to IS 12894 of Class Designation 7.5 and above as specified at all height/depth with cement mortar 1:6 {1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.) : 6 crushed coarse Sand (conforming to IS 2116)} including raking out joints, curing, scaffolding etc., complete as specified and directed.

Cement plastering 20mm thick in Two (2) coats over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces at and at all heights/depths above/below plinth level with 12mm thick base coat in Cement Mortar 1:4 {1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.) : 4 River Sand (conforming to IS 1542)}, 8mm thick finishing coat in Cement Mortar1:3 {1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd., KCP) : 3 River Sand (conforming to IS 1542)}, final rendering including addition of approved integrated waterproofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s Specifications for the base coat of make M/s. Fosroc/Demech/ Huntsman/ Pidilite/ SIKA Qualcrete / MBT/Sunanda Chemicals, making necessary grooves, bands, drip moulds, providing & fixing GI plaster mesh/chicken mesh 150 mm wide along route of walls chipped for services, junction between RCC and brick walls and also other places wherever required over brick walls or concrete surface preparation of surface, steel/tubular scaffolding curing etc., complete as specified and directed.

Finishing walls with 2 or more coat of 100% Premium acrylic Smooth waterproof exterior finish emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS:15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Dept Tinted) with silicon additives, including one prime coat equal to asain paint ultmia protek or Dulux Professional weathershield Flexx or Paints can be obtained from approved make from M/s. Asian, Dulux, Berger, Johnson & Nicklson, Nerolac, Pidilite or any other make etc., complete and as directed.

Providing pitching of 225mm thickness to the slopes of earth using approved stones, excavating/forming the earth to required slopes, levels, gradient etc., to form the base, laying the stones and raking of joints as specified, including curing and scaffolding etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing Flush/ Ruled Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine river sand) including preperation of surface complete as specified and directed.

Placing shear connectors of upto 12 mm dia TMT re-bar into the RCC/RR masonry including drilling necessary holes to required depth (minimum 100mm depth) and dia using drill machine, cleaning the holes and removing dust, dirt , etc and supplying and anchoring with epoxy based resin grout material of Fosroc Lokfix E77 or equivalent make complete with cost of materials, labour, tools as per specifications and directions of engineer in charge. NOTE: Reinforcement for Shear Connectors shall be measured seperately for payment.

Providing and fixing barbed wire of approved quality of garvanised barbed wires of 2 strands of 12 guage and 5 barbs of 14guage at 75mm centre to centre including unrolling,stretching and fixing tight with6mm dia approved gI hooks, bolts,nuts, wadhers etc complete as directed

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil of dia 1050mm made of minimumum 2.5mm thick dia GI wire having 50 nos rounds per 6m length for all heights including necessary bolting, GI staples, clips etc, complete as specified and directed.

Dismantling very carefully the existing reinforced/plain cement concrete for coping and other elements at all depths and heights below and above plinth level using pneumatic cutters or any approved means including cutting the reinforcement and transporting bars to departmental stores disposing the debris within the lead of 50 m complete as specified and directed

Dismantling very carefully the existing RR masonry below/above FFL at all depths and heights including erection of suitable scaffolding, stacking of useful materials and disposing the the unserviceable debris within the lead of 50m etc., complete as specified and directed,

Dismantling very carefully the existing structural steel work at all levels in MS structural sections like grills, angles, channels, MS plain/chequered plates, flats, tubular gates etc., including scaffolding, cutting of structural steel members by gas cutters or by any approved method, removing the nuts, bolts etc., as required, lowering stacking the reusable material at site and transporting the material to Departmental stores etc., complete as directed
