PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DEGREES PRINTING WORK WITH PAPER FOR THE EXAMINATION YEAR 2025 AND 2026

Supply and Degree Printing work with paper for examination year 2025 and 2026 : - (a) Filtering and updation of raw data alogwith student colored photograph to get the list of pass out candidates after translation of Hindi name through a perfect software, printing of first list and its correction and provide corrected list in hard and soft copy in C.D. (b) Prepare PDF of data prepared each degree and arrange for its uploading on University Website www.mlsu.ac.in to invite corrections in the data alonghwith student colored photograph on the PDF format. Inform candidates through SMS also. Incorporate the corrections received from the candidates / other corrections through Degree Section. (c) Designing & Printing of Sample Degrees on Non tearable polypropylene snthetic paper" 200-230 micron and water resistance paper with specific security features as per tender document and directions of Degree Section for approval of the Committee prior to final printing). (d) Designing and Printing of Degrees on Non tearable polypropylene synthetic paper" 200-230 micron and water resistance paper (standard dimension). (e) Packing of degrees college wise with list for dispatch of degrees (Approximately 60,000 degrees to be printed per year , Total 1,20,000 degrees for two years)
