Disconnecting and taking out existing 11 KV HT VCBs of any make from housing and cleaning, rubbing and overhauling the mechanical parts and Servicing of 11 KV in door VCB, checking of quality of vacuum interrupter, insulation resistances, static contact resistance, Testing ( IR value, Ratio test, Polarity test) and connection verification of 6.6 KV Current transformer( Set of three) by PRIMARY INJECTION KIT ,and Testing and calibration of relay (set of two Over current and one earth fault) by SECONDARY INJECTION KIT including all other functional tests of the VCB, C&R panel and CTs, PTs. setting right the mechanism and reassembling, testing and commissioning etc as required complete all as specified and directed.

(a) Taking out trolley unit from metal clad housing and dismantling complete, carrying out inspection cleaning, mechanical spring complete all as specified and directed. (b) Opening of bus bar chambers, carrying out inspection, cleaning of complete unit and refixing of the bus bar complete all as specified and directed. (c) Carrying out testing of all metering instruments replacement of worn out spares, meter, wiring cable etc and testing complete. (d) Inspection and checking of all protection devices, relays, complete all as specified and directed. (e) Carrying out inspection and testing of auxiliary power system, complete all as specified and directed. (f) Assembling of complete HT switch gear unit, proper greasing oiling / for easy operation and connection of incoming and outgoing cable and make all necessary adjustment and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Replacement of spares such as Gasket set, ht trolley bushes, plug insulators, busbar insulator for HT VCB , PT Bush for HT VCB, PT housing bush for HT VCB, interrupter of HT VCB HT HBC fuse link IDMTL relay, power pack 230 V/110 V DC 20A and CT ratio 100-50/5A etc shall be paid separately under relevant item here-in-before

However Labour component involved in replacement is included in Unit Rate quoted against this Item. The Unit Rate shall deemed to be included for handling of serviceable materials for reuse to site complete all as specified and directed. (b) Any minor repairs involved to make the CT/PT functional even if notified by Engineer-in-Charge shall be carried out by the Contractor without any extra cost to the Department.

Dismantling Air Break Gang Operated Switches HT 11 KV 3 Phase, any capacity ( 200/400 ) Amps vertical / horizontal mounted including Insulators and Operating Mechanism for repair/replacement of broken / worn out components and insulators etc. with or without taking down from Pole all as directed. NOTE :- (a) Parts needed to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately as 'supply only' against appropriate Items of Schedule. However Labour component involved in replacement is included in Unit Rate quoted against this Item. The Unit Rate shall deemed to be included for handling of serviceable materials for reuse to site and as directed (b) Any minor repairs involved to make the GOD functional even if notified by Engineer-in-Charge shall be carried out by the Contractor without any extra cost to the Department.

Dismantling Cross-Arms of Mild Steel Channel or Angle Sections, etc of any size, including Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Washers, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cross-arms, Bracings, Supports, Clamps and Back Plates fabricated from Structural Steel Sections including Nuts, Bolts, Washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for Bolts, in any shape or size as indicated/ directed and inclusive of two coats of Aluminium Paint over a Coat of suitable primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Re-fixing only Cross-arms, Bracings, Supports, Clamps and Back Plates (serviceable materials i.e. Structural Steel Sections obtained from dismantling) including Nuts, Bolts, Washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for Bolts, in any shape or size as indicated/ directed including painting complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting HV/LV Connections of Transformer, including disconnecting of earthing lead, unscrewing nuts, bolts and washers, testing their un-serviceability (Open and Closed circuit test) with the help of composite unit of Transformer 1000 to 2000 KVA 33000/11000, and power transformer of any capacity complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Dehydration/Filtration of Transformer Oil by means of Centrifugal Filtration Plant to achieve the specified Di-electric Strength of 35 KV to 40 KV at 2.5mm Gap in Existing Position of Transformer of any Capacity and Transformer Oil for Topping Up at various Sub-station complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Transformer Oil to be used for TOP UP shall be Measured and Paid separately.

Supply & Pouring of New Transformer Oil, conforming to IS:335-1983 to achieve a Di-electric Strength upto 60 KV with Oil Testing Kit 4.0mm thick to Top Up of the Transformer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Servicing , Testing of Transformer of 1000 to 2000 KVA , 33/11 KV outdoor, disconnecting all Internal Connections of HT Side for Periodical Maintenance such as Cleaning of Core and Winding by means of Washing by Hosing Down with Clean Dry Oil to removed Dust/Sludge on Core and Coil, Cleaning of Oil Tank to removed Sludge deposited, Replacement of Rusted Gasket Set, Burnt Spindle, Broken/ Unserviceable HV/LV Ceramic Bushing, Broken Arc Horn, Surge Arrestor, Replacement of Silica Gel, etc. and then after assembling to complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : (a) Cost of Transformer Oil for Cleaning by Hosing down shall deem to be included in the QUOTED UNIT RATE. (b) Replacement of spares parts will paid separately.

Supply only Breather Assembly filled with Silica Gel for Transformer of 1000 to 2000 KVA, 33/11 KV outdoor as Approved complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Brass Spindle for Terminal on HT Side Threaded complete with Nut, Washers, etc. of dia as ordered, as Approved and suitable for Transformer 1000 to 2000 KVA , 33/11 KV , complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, Filling in, including Spreading, Levelling, Watering and Well Ramming in layers not exc. 250 mm thick as in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated Materials (Soils) not exc. 50.00 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 mtr above the Starting Point. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in trenches) of 230mm Spread thickness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : For the purpose of payment, punning thickness of Sand cushioning shall only be measured and paid).
