M&L for providing and laying precast factory made kerb stone of M-30 grade cement concrete of size 300x300x100 mm thick (Bull nose type), laid in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) 150 mm thick (compacted) in two layers each 75 mm thick using crushed stone aggregate of maximum size 40 mm of grading as specified type igneous rock such as granite / trap/ basalt etc as base course for paved shoulder including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant , carrying mix material to work site , spreading in uniform layer with mechanical paver to required gradient and camber , necessary lateral support and form work , if required including watering and compacting with vibratory power roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density as per MORTH clause 406 complete all as specified & directed.

S&F on site LLDPE septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water including excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm dia crushed stone aggregate) below foundation , vent shaft , connections etc for 25 users with upflow filter media complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick masonary valve pit chamber of size 450 mm x 450 mm x 450 mm( internal dimension), with 3 mm thick mild steel sheet cover fixed with two Nos stainless steel hinges of 75 mm long on angle iron frame of size 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm thick (mild steel sheet cover and angle iron frame shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer) , locking arrangement with pad lock size 50 mm dia brass 6 levers with duplicate keys of godrej make ,PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in foundation, 230 mm thick brick masonry built in cement mortar 1:4, 50mm thick coping with PCC 1:3:6 , typeC-0 ( using 12.5mm graded crushed stone agreegate) , 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 to all internal and exposed surfaces of valve pit including necessary returning ,filling and removal complete all as specified and shown in drawing.

Supplying and erecting steel tubular swaged poles complete with MS base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as per IS-2713 Part -II 1980 complete as specified, type 410 SP-31(9.0 meters long) including painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminum paint on exposed surfaces & one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of bituminous paint for embedded portion complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge and consisting of following foundation works: - (a) Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide & 1.5 mtr deep for pole foundation & getting out in soft/loose soil, returning filling in the excavated of soil after fixing the pole in foundation ramming earth around in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs complete all as specified and directed. (b) M&L for cement concrete in foundation filling and mass concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) in padding concrete of size 1.2m X 0.6m X 0.10m complete all as specified and directed . (c) M&L for cement concrete in foundation filling and mass concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregated) 1.2m X 0.6m upto GL complete all as specified and directed . (d) M&L for cement concerete for coping of poles etc 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate complete of size 300 mm above GL all as specified and directed. (e) M&L for painting of pole externally with one coat of black bituminous paint (upto planting depth) and above plinth block concrete collar with two coat of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface including painting of 30 cm wide bands 3 Nos with synthetic enamel paint of appropriate colour in alternate layer upto the height of 1.5mm above plinth block.
