Supply , installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor non-sealed type oil immersed distribution transformer ISI marked (IS-1180:2014) step down transformer complete with standard fittings and accessories, HT 11 kV 3 phase, LT 433 volt, 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz frequency, off load tap changer on primary side to carry secondary voltage +7.5% to -7.5% in step of 2.5 % of capacity 630 kVA , copper wound, oil cooling with fins vector group : DYn 11, including initial oil filling complete all as specified including the following accessories:-

Note: (Altitude of installation - 1750 m above MSL) (i) The transformer shall be ISI marked with energy efficiency level-3 category and having BEE certification for which necessary test certificate to be produced by contractor from manufacturer of the transformer. (ii) Pre commissioning test of transformer shall be carried out by Rep of Aceepting Officer / SEI from HQCEWC. (iii) Before procurement of transformer, contractor shall furnish certificate that manufacturer has obtained licence from Bureau of Indian Standards. (iv) Cost of Foundation for Transformer and Cattle fencing around is not included in above rates and will be paid separately. (v) Cost of all arangements , machinery and labour for fixing and installation of transformer on specified site is included in quoted rates. (vi) Contractor has to produce OEM test certificate. (vii) Factory test of transformer will be carried out in presence of Rep of Accepting Officer and necessary arrangement for visit and testing will be provided by contractor without any extra cost

Excavation in trenches in hard / dense soil n.exc 1.5 Mtr deep and n.exc 1.5 mtr wide for laying of HT cable and getting out including dressing/ trimming of sides and levelling, grading and ramming of bottom of excavation complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling, including leveling , watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers n.exc 25cm thick in trenches after cable have been laid complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Soil obtained from excavation will be filled in foundation and remaining soil will be used for filling in plinth, therefore removing not considered.

Supply and filling Hard core with broken bricks of gauge not exceeding 63mm deposited,spread and levelled in layers not exc. 30 cm thick each layer, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate, mechanically crushed stone for mass filling in pole pit and foundation etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of pole and strut, stay around the pole etc complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires of 4 mm dia with 50X50 mm mesh size and type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of bending wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing including line wires of 4 mm dia with 50X50 mm mesh size and type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of bending wire complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-W or E-250 complete all as specified and directed.

Frame works built up of Fe-410 W or E-250 as in doors or gates or top of fencing of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hook and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing inclusive of one primer coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; fixing of flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, painting work etc. and similar work conforming to Fe 410-W or E-250. etc. wind ties for roof including inclusive of one primer coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminum paint complete all as specified and directed. Note: PCC, returning filling, removing are incl in this quoted rates.

Brick work using sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 and pointed flush as the work proceeds, incl demolition of old bricks in lime/cement motar complete all as specified and as directed.

10 mm thick rendering using cement morter 1:6 on fair surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95 sq mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of size 3.5 core 400 sq mm.

Supply and laying HDPE pipe of 100 mm dia for cable protection complete all as specified and directed..

Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 3.15 mm thick surrounded by char coal and salt burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level surrounded from all sides by char coal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm depth and earth plate electrode connected with Copper strip 20 x 3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanished iron steel and connected to earthing test point including all earth work , earth lead protection light grade GI pipe of 40 mm dia, light grade GI pipe of 20 mm dia for watering with funnel , wire mesh, PCC earth pit (1:3:6) type C-2 with CI frame and RCC cover all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :(i) Rate of Test point, copper strip upto 7.5 mtr, water pipe, earth lead protection pipe, RCC cover, earth work, PCC work, wire mesh, funnel and other related items are incl in quoted rates.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination , heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.
