SCHEDULE A BOQ

M&L Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:1½:3 type A0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L Cutting, removing existing rusted and damaged hand rails with stand posts of OH tanks and material and Labour, fabricate, new Compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging of water tank and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, etc with Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250), with square /round or any shape and sizes of MS pipe including two coats of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide, with scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rectification of existing defective flanged joints with rubber or fibre gasket complete with necessary nuts, bolts and washers for 150 mm dia GI/DI/MS pipes complete all as directed. Note:- a) Quoted rates are deemed to inclusive of cutting of joints in GI/DI/MS Pipes and preparation of new flanged sockets with jointing materials and refixing the pipe line after repairs at existing place. (b) Necessary excavation shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ

M&L Excavation for taking out broken CI/DI pipe line upto 200/150mm dia, cutting of CI/DI pipe line upto 200mm dia at two portion with the help of electrical driven pipe cutter and levelling the cutting face of pipe with the electric driven grinder and then CI/DI welding by electric welding machine, fixing detacheble joint, tail piece etc properly fixed the same pipe line on PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) foundation filling and mass concrete, returning filling of excavated materials including removal of surplus soil for making good complete all as specified.

M&L Opening of existing sluice valve of 200mm bore by dismantling from existing water line and opening of gland cover taking out with spindle with check nut of stainless steel & refixing the same after servicing, greasing including replacement of rubber packing, nuts & bolts, glands etc and to refixing on the same line complete all as specified and directed Note: Any new parts like stainless steel Spindle with check nuts,Gland plate of required size shall be measured and paid separately under respective items

M&L Opening of existing sluice valve of 150mm bore by dismantling from existing water line for servicing and opening of gland cover for taking out unserviceable spindle with check nut of stainless steel & refixing the same after servicing, greasing including replacement of rubber packing, nuts & bolts, glands etc and to refixing on the same line complete all as specified and directed Note: New parts like stainless steel Spindle with check nuts,Gland plate of required size etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.However the qouted rate is inclusive of cost of labour for repairand refixing etc.

Supply only 200 mm bore stainless steel spindle with check nut, gland plate complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 150 mm bore stainless steel spindle with check nut, gland plate complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix CI foot valve 150mm dia to suction line of exisiting pumping set with bolts, nuts, rubber packings, etc including taking out old unserviceable one by dismantling suction pipe from pump set all as specified and directed.

M&L Taking down defective centrifugal pump set 60 HP to 83 HP capacity by disconnecting the pump from motor after unscrewing nuts/ bolts of coupling, foundation, suction pipe delivery pipes and shifting of pump to workshop for repair/ servicing, comprising strip opening of pump, replacement of any defective parts, carrying out necessary lath work, re-assembling and shifting from workshop to site, re-installation at same location as directed by Engr-in-Charge, testing on full load capacity at least for 8 hrs, complete all as specified and as directed. Make of Pump : Kirloskar Note :- (a) The spares shall be measured and paid seperately in the relevent items given below. (b) Cost of labour for replacement of spares and transportation are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (c) The pumpset shall be spared for one week for repair from the date of complaint given by AGE/ JE E/M regarding breakdown. The Contractor is responsible for making alternate arrangement of pump set in case of time required more than one week. (d) In case services affected due to delay in repair of pump set, a penalty of Rs 1000 per day will be levied from the contractor. (e) Please note that this penalty is exclusively other than the condition 56 of IAFW-2249 and shall be treated as interim condition of the contract. (f) The decision of the Accepting Officer in this regard shall be final and binding.

M&L Cleaning of valve pit chamber for sluice/gate valve of 50/80/100/150/200/ size by removing mud/ grass/ sludge/ other waste materials from the chamber and from surroundings upto 1mtr distance, carryout petty cement repairs with cement mortar 1:4, apply one coat of white wash on cemented surfaces and one coat of synthetic paint on steel surfaces complete to make an operator friendly valve chamber complete as specified and directed. Note :- Periodicity and locations of valve chambers will be given as per requirement by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Sluice Valve, Cast Iron body, Stainless Steel Spindle, Gun Metal Rings including Wheel for operation, Flanged and Drilled, suitable for 200 mm dia pipes, confirming to IS - 14846, Class PN -1.6, Long Body type including all Joints with Rubber Gasket and Jointing Materials, Bolts, Nuts, Washer complete including taking down existing unserviceable sluice Valve all as specified and as directed.

S&F Rotational moulded polythene water storage tank of 1000 Ltrs capacity (three layer white colour) cylinderical vertical with closed top including 3 Nos GI check nuts and tank nipple of 25mm bore for inlet and outlet, 25mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR part -I including taking down of old unserviceable tank complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and pipe and fixed for 25 mm dia bore and including taking out unserviceable ball valves complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC water storage tank cover suitable for 500 to 1000 ltrs capacity tank with locking arrangement complete including taking down of existing one all as specified and directed

M&L Removing of accumulated earth over water supply mains of any width and depth up to 30 cm. including cleaning/cutting the grass and removing the grass waste to outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The unit rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of following:- (a) Cutting and filling shall be cleared of shrubs, vegetation, grass bush, weed, trees and sapling not exceeding 30 cm in girth, measured at a height of two metre above ground level. Useful material shall be stacked. (b) Cutting the grass/felling of trees shall include digging out roots up to 60 cm below the ground level or 14 cm below the formation level, whichever is lower. All holes and hollows formed in the ground digging out of roots shall be carefully filled up with moorum/red bajri well rammed and levelled.

M&L Cleaning/ overhauling of squirrel cage induction motor by dismantling stator and rotor assembly, carryout necessary testing of windings to findout any core loss in windings, test of insulation resistance, etc. and applying of proper insulation material for strengthening of insulation, cleaning the casing and slots with wire brush, washing out dust and carbon particles with proper chemical solution, replacement unserviceable bearing, bush, carryout re-alignment of crank shaft re-assembling stator and rotor assemblies, testing complete all as specified and directed for capacity upto 60 HP. Note:- (i) Rewinding of stator and rotor if required will be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Cost of Transportation to and from the local workshop is deemed to be incl in the quoted rate.

M&L Rewinding of stator core with proper gauge and amount of highly insulated copper wire as per existing, testing complete.

M&L Rewinding of rotor core with proper gauge and amount of highly insulated copper wire as per existing, testing complete.

M&L Disconnecting electric connection and taking out submersible sewage cutter pump set of capacity 10 HP, 3 Phase, 415 volt from sewage well, transport to the workshop and back for making the serviceable/ repair, dismantle the motor/pump, taking out burnt winding of stator, removal of burnt insulation material from the slot, cleaning the stator slots and M&L for rewinding the stator using super enamelled, submersible grade copper winding wire of same gauge and turns, cleaning and overhauling the pump, tightening impeller complete including replacing the unserviceable spares, reinstall the pump in original position and testing at full load capacity all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L Dismantling pump and motor of submersible pump set of capacity upto 10 HP to carry out repairs and replacements at local workshop, duly replacing worn out parts, applying one coat of spray painting with synthetic enamel paint of existing colour and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 70 :- The tenderer shall take into consideration for following points while quoting his rate for this item and the unit rate is deemed to be included for :- (i) The contractor shall be provide dewatering pump of suitable capacity and mobile generator for operation of dewatering by high pressure submersible pump (or) Diesel driven high pressure pump and the rate quoted rate is inclusive of rent/hiring charge complete. (ii) Cutting and filling shall be cleared of shrubs, vegetation, grass bush, weed, trees and sapling not exceeding 30 cm in girth, measured at a height of two metre above ground level. Useful material shall be stacked. (iii) Material removed from the tank shall be disposed off at out side MD land. (iv) Tank shall be made available for cleaning for a period of 8 hours only and contractor has to arrange sufficient labour/ T&P to complete the job with the given period only. or otherwise penalty shall be imposed @ Rs 500/- per day. (v) All safety with gadgets like safety Belts, special safety ladder, Helmets, Heavy Duty Gum Boots, Gloves, Safety Goggles, Masks, Aprons, etc. for complete security the safe operations. Storage and Cleaning equipment’s like Scrubbers/Wipers, Storage drums, Sludge Collectors and Cisterns, etc. must be integral part of system.

Supply and fix UPVC Non Return Valve (NRV) of 100mm dia with all fixing accessories, gaskets nuts, bolts and washers and including disconnecting and taking out unserviceable valve complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Taking out silt, liquid water sludge in solid/semi solid state / pumping out all mud sewage water from collection sump of size 5 M dia and 8 mtrs depth /Manholes STP tanks of any capacity and size and removing the same using truck mounted honey sucker of capacity minimum 4 cum and to dispose off the sludge in low lying area at any distance during Sunday and holiday as per requirement, duly covered with earth over it and leaving the collection sump clean etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No 100 :- The tenderer shall take into consideration for following points while quoting his rate for this item and the unit rate is deemed to be included for :- (i) Cutting and filling shall be cleared of shrubs, vegetation, grass bush, weed, trees and sapling not exceeding 30 cm in girth, measured at a height of two metre above ground level around collection sump. Useful material shall be stacked.

(ii) De-watering by high pressure submersible pump all complete.

(iii) Removal of sludge & sand from inside the tank scrubbing and washing side walls and bottom with bleaching powder solution and making surface free from any fungus, deposited stains using wire brush filling of cavities inside of tank with CM 1:2.

(iv) cleaning of walls , flooring and ceiling with special mechanized high pressure jet machines by high pressure jet pum 80-180 bar pressure , which dislodges the layer of dirt, algae, fungus stuck on its surface usage of scrubbing machines for old stains.

(v) Anti-Bacterial Treatment of Inside of the tank should be treated with specially developed 4 ft long ultraviolet Radiator to kill further floating bacteria/virus in order to make the tank totally clean, bacteria free and safe for storage of drinking water.

(vi) Cleaing/ above operations should be executed by trained workers and technicians.

(vii) Cost of T&P like rods, bamboos, gum shoes and hand gloves etc complete.

(viii) Driver and operator must be in possession of a valid licence and confirm the serviceability of the Truck.

(ix) Removal of blockage of sewage lines up to one metre from collection sump including manholes by using necessary tools/ mechanically tools or manually such as passing rope knots, bamboo kamti and disc of required size including safety measures such as test for gas etc. before flushing the pipe well with water after removal of blockage of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

(x) Tank shall be made available for cleaning for a period of 8 hours only and contractor has to arrange sufficient labour/ T&P to complete the job with the given period only. or otherwise penality shall be imposed @ Rs 500/- per day.
