Wet Mix Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sb-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including all lead and lift conforming to clause no 406 of MoRT&H specification for Road and Bridge works ( 5th Revision) complete as directed by the Deptt.

Providing and applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 1kg/sqm using mechanical means.conforming as per clause 502 of MoRT&H specification for Road and Bridge works ( 5th Revision ,)by mechanical means complete as directed by the Deptt.B (ii) With bitumen emulsion-CSS-1 (IS:8887-2004)

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.conforming as per clause 503 of MoRT&H specification for Road and Bridge works ( 5th Revision ,2001)by mechanical means complete as directed by the Deptt. (I)With Bitumen emulsion CSS-1h ,(c) Granular surfaces treated with primer

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot miox to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction including all lead and lift conforming to clause no 507of MoRT&H specification for Road and Bridge works ( 5th Revision) complete as directed by the Deptt. '(C) With hydrated lime / cement as filler ( refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification) & anti stripping agent as per IS:14982( Refer Appendix-5 of MoSRT&H specification) (III) With 30/40 or VG-40 grade Bitumen (msa>30) (ii) for Grading -II (19 mm nominal size)
