S&F in repairs of mild steel PVC coated fancy type drapery rod with brackets 25mm bore and fancy type both end top & clips, latoo, cut to length as required of colour/shade as approved by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The fancy type top of both ends to be provided of each length of drapery rod and cost shall be deemed included in quoted unit rate.

S&F coloured galvalume profile sheet in roofing shall be with feed material manufactured from 0.50 mm (minimum) base metal thickness (BMT), minimum 550 MPa yield strength and shall confirm to physical specifications of ASTM-792 or equivalent. colour coated galvalume sheet shall have maximum pitch of 250 mm C/C and minimum 28 mm crest depth in length as per site requirement. The steel sheet shall be coated with hot dip metallic Aluminium Zinc alloy (55% Aluminiumm, 43.5% Zinc, 1.5% silicon) coating AZ 150 as 150 gm/Sq. mt total on both sides. The contractor shall submit manufacturer test certificates for the chemical and mechanical properties, confirming genuinity of materials including base metal thickness paint thickness and AZ 150 coating thickness must be submitted for approval to GE prior to the installation / fixing. The manufacturer of sheet should submit related documents for expected product service performance of pre painted metal sheet as per relevant ASTM/ IS. Manufacturer‟s recommended installation methodology shall be adopted for installation of roofing including profiled sheet, capping, trims, flashings, gutter and all types of accessories considered for roofing. Fastener shall be used for fixing roofing system as per manufacturer‟s recommendation. The painting shall be coloured baked enamel super durable polyester with silicon coating of film thickness of minimum 25 micron (including primer) on top and minimum 10 micron (including primer) on interior face. The paint shall be of shade as approved by GE. The sheet shall have wide pans with minimum 2 (TWO) small stiffening ribs for effective water shedding and special male/ female ends with full return legs on laps for purlin support and fixed with self-driling screws as per manufacturers instructions completed all as specified and directed.” Note : Total thickness of sheet with BMT , AZ 150 coating and panting shall be minimum 0.575 mm thick. If 0.575 mm thickness sheet is not available in market then next higher thickness of sheet shall be applicable without any price adjustment.

Taking down/removing of existing water proofing treatment on roof surfaces and wall surfaces complete including screed bed, racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish vegetation, dust etc to a distance exc 250M and n.exc 500M complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation and applying solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint exceeding 10cm in width or girth over APP membrane @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L premix bituminous macadam ("Grade II" as specified in MORTH specification Para 504), laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 50-75mm) using paving bitumen VG-30 grade as binder minimum 4% by weight to total mix, mixed in hot mix plant and laid by mechanical paver and rolled to a uniform smooth surface and rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 12 tonnes articulated tandem roller (Double drum vibratory roller) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L bituminous premix Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (Gde-II), 40 mm consolidated thickness with minimum 5.0% binder content (bitumen grade VG-30) by weight of total mix in hot mix plant, laid with mechanical paver and rolled to a uniform smooth surface with 12 tonnes articulated tandem roller (Double drum vibratory roller) and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The mix shall be mixed in hot mix plant and laid with mechincal paver only. (ii) The mix shall be prepared by designing through job mix formula all as specified from Govt. engg college / Govt approved lab/HBTI. (iii) No price adjustment for Bitumen shall be done for variation on plus side. (iv) Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete will be comprising of 2% filler material (OPC 43 grade cement). (v) Cost of testing chrages, material & transportation for job mix farmula shall be deemed included in the rate quoted.

M & L cleaning bituminous/concrete road surface free from all dirt, dust and other foreign material etc. and applying 2mm thick hot applied thermoplastic retro reflective road marking paint of white/yellow colour as in strips/lines on road surfaces upto 150 mm width and including glass beads @ 250 gram 5 kg/sqm. The hot application shall be carried out mechanically and the finished surface to be levelled uniform and free from staks and holes complete all as specified in MORTH clause 803.4 and as directed. Make : Apcomarks brand of Asian paint or equivalent in Berger/Shalimar/Jhonson & Nicholson as approved

Supply and fixing of copper wound automatic voltage stablizer for automatic operation, single phase, naturally air cooled, indoor type and designed for input variation between 150V to 270 V with outpur voltage at 230V with accuracy of + 2.5% and of capacity 3 KVA complete all as specified and directed. (Make: V Gaurd or Amron or Luminious or equivelent in other makes as given in Appendix 'B' duly approved by GE).

S&F sheet metal enclosure, 20 Amp, single pole and neutral with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete in metal clad board (Industrial type) with and including one single pole neutral MCB 20 Amp fixed properly on in concealed position complete all as specified and directed. (Make: Legrand cat no 607843 or equivelent in other makes as given in Appendix 'B' duly approved by GE). (2+0)

Supply, installtion, commissioning & testing of water cooler fully stainless steel body, electric drived single phase having approx storage capasity of 150Ltr and nominal colling capacity of 150 litre/Hr alongwith connected works with including connector tap and piping from pipe to water cooler complete all as specified and directed. (Make: VOLTAS cat part No FSS 150/150 or Blue Star Cat part No SDLx15150A or other equivalent in make given Appendix 'B' ) (2+0)

M&L sub main wiring with two runs of single core PVC - FRLS 4 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade, drawn in and including 20mm dia MS, medium grade, ISI marked conduit with all necessary fittings and accessories and including one run of PVC insulated and unsheathed single core PVC -FRLS cable with copper conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm as earth wire (green in colour ) run through Mild steel conduit and connected to common earth dolly , including conealing in position on wall surface position of truss and making good distrubed surfaces to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note: Two run of 4 sqmm single core cable and one run of 2.5 sqmm single core earth copper conductor and one run of MS conduit will be measured and paid as one unit length. (30+50)

LIGHTENING PROTECTION M&L / fixing lightening conductor assembly made out of GI pipe light grade of size B82 bore along with welded flange at one end & GI reducer socket 50 x 40mm at another end connected with GI pipe light grade of size 40mm bore with one end GI rducer socket to connect air termination & connector for earth strip duly fixed with necessary nuts bolts & washers in PCC (1:2:4) Type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate of block size 30cm x 30cm x 30 cm complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- GI pipe 40/50 mm dia & Air termination rod shall be measured & paid seperately under respective items)

M&L overlap jointing of additional rquirement of copper/GI/Aluminium strips by making drilling holes 02 Nos with brass/GI nuts, bolts and lead washers compelte all as specified and directed.

M&L Earthing complete with M.S. galvanized earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below normal GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5M below normal GL, connected to galvanized earth strip 32x 6mm upto 7.5 mtr with protection pipe by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of GI or steel incl excavation and earth work, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber with RCC cover (1:2:4) type B0, 40 mm thick, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar, 3 Nos. both way, 40 mm dia light grade GI protection pipe, funnel with wire mesh, watering GI pipe of 20 mm dia 'medium grade' and lugs including Charcoal dust, salt and testing etc. complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Pt-I 2009 specification. (Note : GI strip lead and protection pipe upto 7.5 metre length shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate, beyond 7.5 metre GI Strip & protection pipe shall be measured and paid for separately).

Supply & fixing porcelain insulator of required size not exceeding 10 cm long with two Nos hole each on both end for fixing properly with nut & bolts of wall of buildings for seperated to lightining conductor or earthing strip from building complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- The distance between two insulators fixed on the wall not more than 1 mtr length).
