Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth in hard / dense soil for laying of cable / GI pipes etc and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling watering well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance of outside MD land and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for dry clean river sand for cushioning of cable in trenches for cable protection including spreading, leveling and hand punning complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Punned down thickness only shall be measured for the purpose of payment.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers, class HV Type I, flat, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm. laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for light grade galvanized pipe ISI marked with all fittings laid in trenches, under road or fixing on wall / pole/ crossing nallah etc of bore 100 mm complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F cable route marker made up of PCC block (1:3:6) type. C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregated of size 900 mm x 300mm x 100 mm thick (45 Cm buried in ground) and properly painted colour as per approved by Enginer - in -charge (HT) and written both side with signed red colour paint (MES HT cable 11 KV ) on route marker/Indicator including necessary excavation, PCC and earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement hard standing by using trenchless technology using ultrasound technique and necessary machine to insert pipe of 100mm light grade GI pipes with all fittings such as bends, elbows, Tees, etc, for protection of cable complete including all plant & machinaries, alongwih Butt fusion welding machine with all accessories, T&P etc required complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Protection pipe will be measured and paid separately

S&F polymer type Switch air break gang operated HT 11 KV Volt grade triple pole with 9 insulators, 400 amps rating with drop out fuse assembly with fuse carrier, fuse element mounted on insulator and fitted on steel frame vertically operated mechanism from ground level consisting of operating rod of 25mm bore light grade GI pipe of suitable length worked from ground level and with locking arrangement flat iron clamp 50mm x 6mm including MS channel of suitable size and length for fixing GOD including bolts, nuts, and washers complete fixed on existing four pole structure including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed. Taking down old unserviceable existing HT UG cable and Supply, laying, testing and commissioning XLPE HT cable , insulated, screended, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electic power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, conforming to IS : 7098 (Part II), 11 KV "E" grade, ISI marked in drum, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 core laid in pipe / ducts / trenches / under floor / under road / poles etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (a) Excavation and earth work, sand cushion, PCC cover and protection pipe shall be measured and paid separately in respective items. (b) Contractor shall ensure to visit the site and workout the actual requirement of cable before placing of order as per the site requirement as approved by GE/EIC. (d) The unit rate quoted shall be inclusive of any straight through joints comes in the total length of cable. No extra payment shall be allowed for the straight through joints

M & L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 3 core 95 Sq mm XLPE (HT) KV cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 3 core 95 Sq mm XLPE (HT) KV cable complete all as specified and as directed.

The panel shall having aluminium bus bar three strips of minimum size 800mm x 75mm x 10 mm with DMC/SMC/FRP HT long insulator complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (a) Joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule complete all as specified and as directed. (b) Busbars should be insulated with coloured heat shrinkable type PVC sleeves and should be mounted on 12 KV grade insulators .

M&L for Earthing continuity galvanised iron strip 32 mm x 6 mm or main earthing lead fixed to wall with clamps or recess or croses or buried in ground or drawn in conduits/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate eletrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filled in alternate layers and electrode connections by using Galvanised iron 32 x 6 mm strip connected by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised iron or steel, provision of 40mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of GI earth strip and 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering arrangement and PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber of size 45cm X 45cm X 45cm including, MS funnel, wire mesh, 50 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 earth pit cover with 6 Nos, 8 mm dia high strength deformed steel TMT bars on both ways including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling in, removal of surplus soil to distance n exc 50 mtr, provision of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, channels, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint including taking down old U/S cross arm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for lightening arrester expulsion type complete with all fittings transmission class, 11000 Volt, discharge capicity 65 Kilo Amps including taking down unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for anti climbing devices,spikes type fabricated out of MS bar (round,square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washer and welding in two halves made to shape suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L for Danger Notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and coventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS Clamp, bolts and nut of approved size, for HT,25x20cm size complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for loose filling with aggregate of gauge 40 mm of broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface of transformer and two pole / four pole structure complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for stringing and fixing in position ACSR conductor in OH lines conductor (Rabbit) including binding with aluminium wire complete after removing the oxidised ACSR Conductor from insulators complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L of PVC Sleev (Colur code: red,yellow and Blue)suitable for ACSR conductor/strip, Squirrel/Weasel/Rabbit type complete all as specified and as directed.
