M&L for repair/ overhauling of AC compressor of 28 TR capacity (make Kirloskar model AC 470) including disconnecting existing pipe connection and refixing, testing & commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. Location CCEL AC Plant.

Ditto - all as per item No 3 above but capacity 14 TR (model SMC 4.65) Location: Kasturi AC plant Overhauling the compressor consists of cleaning the shaft, end bushing, rocker arm, other bushings, cleaning all components thoroughly and greasing, replacement of all gaskets & wornout nuts bolts complete: Other spares required will be measured and paid under respective items of Sch 'A' as "Supply only".

Taking Down electric induction motor from foundation, disconnecting cable connection, dismantling complete motor, taking out burnt winding & cleaning all parts thoroughly rewinding the electric motor with super enamelled copper wire of same gauge & same No's of turn including varnishing, baking etc and re-installing in original position including testing and commissioning for 40 HP capacity of motor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairs to AC plants by descalling of condensers shell & tube by using chemical & nylon brush for taking out complete impurities by circulating chemical solution replacement both side gasket set complete for the following capacity of AC plants :- 28 TR

Material and Labour for comprehensive repair / replacement including total servicing/ overhauling of the hot water plants at INS Shivaji comprising of the following preventive maintenance complete all as specified and as directed. Opening out the burner unit by removing the top lid and sides and completely decarbanise the burner unit by removing the carban deposits, clean the burner unit complete with decarbanising detergent and dust the internal parts using air blower, brushes and apply watertight seal and deposit the carban waste away from the plant room and clean the plant complete all as specified and as directed. Dismantle the fuel tank, drain out the diesel into a separate container, filter the diesel for reuse, remove complete storage, wipe out internal portion by blowing air, check up the fuel tank lid and tank seal complete and refit the diesel tank and connect the suction/delivery pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Completely check the boiler seal, check for hot water leakages, check outlet hot water connections, tighten outgoing Joints by packing with bandage and reconnect the piping complete all as specified and as directed. Check water inlet to the boiler and the pipe joints for leak proof state complete all as specified and as directed. Complete cleaning of the plant rooms including surrounding complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and taking down UNSV parts after removing the cable connection fuses, relays replace the UNSV cables using 2.5 sqmm copper cable PVC insulated up to 1.5 mtr length, provide new pin type cable lugs and Supply and fix following spare parts for hot water plants. Heater control relay
