Required4. Notarized Affidavit of Non black listing by CPWD/State/Central departments/PSU/Autonomous bodies as per Form J. (Not older than the date of Notice Inviting tender (i.e. 03.07.2025)

Required6. Copy of agency letter head having valid Email ID and Mobile Number.

Required7. Undertaking for site inspection Intending bidders must upload undertaking regarding site inspection I/we have inspected and examined the site of work and its surrounding and fully satisfy before submitting my/our bids.
