COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTACT OF PROFESSIONAL ADVANCE TECHNOLOGY AUDIO VIDEO SYSTEM IN AUDITORIUM OF MAHILA BHAWAN IN SECTOR-38, CHANDIGARH.

Comprehensive AMC: Comprehensive AMC for 06 months of audio, video, projector,stage lights system in auditorium of Mahila bhawan Sector 38C, Chandigarh. The job includes bringing the whole system in working condition before any event and during the event. It includes replacing the faulty component/ wires/ any part or any petty material with the new one with same make or better brand only within 12 hours of defect with similar one until new component is arranged. The job includes every component of auditorium except projector lamp and motherboard of amplifiers. All the connecting wires should be properly checked such that there’s no disturbance in sound during VVIP events. As the audio and video components are not under warranty, so a comprehensive warranty shall be given by the vendor to cover all components and bring them in working condition always. If vendor fails to bring auditorium 100% operational (solution to be provided by agency) a penalty of Rs. 10000/- will be imposed per event. The rates also include arranging scaffolding to repair/replace/check components at height in auditorium. The job includes checking all the wiring/ components/ material in every respect such that there shall not be any chance of component failure during VVIP and other important events arranged in auditorium. Job must be done to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing of sound and light expert for operating light and sound system on hire charge for any event in the auditorium of Mahila Bhawan. The service provider shall arrange an operator one day before the VVIP event to check the sound and light system and replace any faulty/ defective material and bring the auditorium in working condition (100% operational). Also the operator has to be present, operate, handle all the sound, lights, project, curtains during the event including stage management. The service provider will be contacted via Mail, Letter, Whatsapp, Message or telephonically (maximum 18 hours before the event). During the VIP function the operator must be present in auditorium all the time failing which a penalty of Rs.5000/- will be imposed and if such incidents cross more than 2 times, the penalty will be doubled. He will be responsible to operate for Display/sound/play etc. The Job must be done to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing tower AC on hire charge basis for one day of 2 ton including erection and gas charging of the same. The job includes transportation charges and other petty material required to complete the job.

Providing Cooler on hire charge basis for one day. The rate includes installation, transportation and supervision charges.

Providing Pedestal Fan on hire charge basis for one day. The rate includes installation, transportation and supervision charges.

Providing of sound system on hire charges for Mahila Bhawan alongwith (i) Amplifier -01 (ii) Line Array Speakers-04, (iii) Base-02 (iv) Cordless Mike- 02 (v) Wired podium mike- 04 (vi) Sound Mixer- 01. The whole setup is to be made ready one day before the scheduled function and testing to be given to the respective JE. The job includes transportation and supervision charges. The operator shall remain present in the entire function.The rates are inclusive of making the system ready one day prior to function. The job should be done to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
