Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of roof surfaces and applying waterproofing treatment over smooth finished surfaces after application of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.30 kg/Sqm and applying hot bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm providing and laying APP polymer, modified, non-woven polyester mat, reinforced membrane, 3.00mm thick , weighing 3.5 Kg /Sqm with surface finish by torch application method, with minimum 75 mm overlap on longitudinal direction and 100 mm overlap on the transverse direction and finally applying with one coat of bituminous based solar reflective aluminium paint @ 100 gms/ Sqm complete all as specified and directed.”

Disconnecting exc 250 and N.exc 500 Ltrs tank, setting aside ( or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnection and re-fixing in position. Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc.
