Dismantling existing unserviceable Aluminium conductors, steel reinforced (ACSR conductor) from overhead lines on LT poles, of any type and any size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling existing unserviceable service bracket any type and any size on LT / HT poles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down street /security light fitting such as Energy saving light fitting 4x24 watt and 45/60/72/90 watt LED light fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes :- Ladder wheel shall be arranged by the Contractor.

Taking down LED security /street light fitting safely for reuse and refixing the same on new pole including connection with cable PVC insulated stranded copper conductor, 1100 volts grade, 2.5 sqmm 3 core size of ISI marked from security light to pole box along with accessories as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes:- (i) Any T & P and Ladder wheel required for the work shall be arranged by the Contractor. The rate of this aspect is included in this item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Dismantling existing unserviceable cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. of any size and type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and taking down insulators of any type and size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of poles etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating, necessary form work and fair finishing all exposed faces of concrete without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of poles, filling & mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Notes for srl Item No 31 :- (a) Tenderer shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM - 79 and LM - 80 . (b) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of CA. Contractor shall obtain warranty from the manufacturer of product on their letter head and submit the same to deparment alonwith his letter head. The product will be replaced free of cost in the following case :- (i) Manfacturing defects (ii) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (iii) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of clamied values of lumen(or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries. (c) All LED light/luminare must meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101 , 16102 Part -I/II ,16103 Part -I , 16104 ,16105 ,16106 , 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (d) Scope of work shall include supply and fixing street light fittings on street light bracket fixed on poles, If street light fitting requires to fixed on existing street light bracket and any addition alterration required in bracket for fixing street light, In that case cost of additional / alteration is included in the unit rate of this item, which also includes needful T & P and required accessories such as 1.5 sqmm, 3 core PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable for connection from pole box to light fitting etc complete including making connection, testing etc complete .No extra payment is admissible on this account. (e) Light fittings shall be provided with 10 KV surge protection as mentioned in description of item. If 10 KV surge protection is not provided in light fitting for which cat part is mentioned in BOQ. Contractor has to provide light fitting with 10 KV surge protection without any extra cost to department. (f) Contractor shall write CA No on street light fitting with synthetic enamel paint which should be visible from ground level. Cost of the same is included in the unit rate of this item nothing shall be extra paid on this account.

S&F three phase automatic street light switch suitable for 5 KW load complete with Infrared sensor based NATURE SWITCH for automatic switching of street / security lights with three number two pole power contractors 40 Amps (Type - MU40-2P, Cs90119) with coil voltage 220 / 240 V and incoming MCBs single pole - 03 Nos, outgoing MCBs single pole - 03 Nos of rating 32 Amps & circuit wiring with single core multi stranded of size 10 Sqmm. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive of the above provisions.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth, or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundations of poles, struts, stays etc. or laying underground cable and water supply / sewage pipe line etc. in soft / loose soil & getting out including taking out old brick or precast cable cover complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for dry sand (Tibba sand) and punning for cushioning to underground cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note: - For payment purpose thickness after punning shall be measured.

M & L for brick protection with old size sub class 'B' bricks laid flat, length of bricks across the route of underground cable all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 100mm bore galvanized steel water tubing medium grade with & including all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors / trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No 48 above but 40mm bore tubing

S&F Galvanized iron tubing, 50mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches / under road / drains, fixed to poles / walls with required numbers of clamps made out of 25x3mm flat iron, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes :- (i) Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately under respective items of BOQ (ii) Cost of flat iron clamp if required is included in the unit rate of this item. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

S&F Cast iron non return valve / reflux valve with rubber seat flanged type with by pass arrangement suitable for 100mm bore pipe, ISI marked, class PN-1.6 conforming to IS- 5312/2004 with stainless steel spindle, CI gate with brass nuts, bolts, washers and jointing with necessary ruber gasket etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F GI flanged bend of size 100mm bore with gasket and nut bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
