Fixing of cutting edges to the fixed snow plough of Snow Cat sonalika 90 hp . The job includes removing of the worn-out cutting edges and then cutting/ trimming of the new cutting edges as per plough profile by using a gas cutter. The job further includes drilling of 16 No holes on the new cutting edges in accordance with the holes on the base of the snow plough. The job also includes providing and fitting of 16 no. nuts bolts M18 of 80 mm long
Providing and fitting of wind shield glass side (left) for Snow cat Sonalika (90HP) . The job also includes cost of rubber beading & transportation cost of glass pane from firm to snow clerance control room kulgam. The tools and tackles has to be provided by the firm.
Providing and fitting of wiper blades (back side)
Four wheel checkup and greasing of wheel hubs (Grease to be provided by Department)
Providing and fitting Engine oil filter and fuel filter as per sample and as recommended by OEM.
Providing and fitting of wind shield glass back for sonalika (90 HP) . The job includes cost of rubber beading & transportation cost of glass pane from firm to snow clerance control room Kulgam. The tools and tackles has to be provided by the firm.
SNOW CAT 3rd SONALIKA 90 HP
Repairs to the fixed plough assembly. The job includes dismounting of the plough from the machine and removing of bends by heating, pressing, hammering and welding at the damaged/ cracked spots.
Providing and fitting Engine oil filter and fuel filter as per sample and as recommended by OEM.
