RMO specialized Electrical and Mechanical services of Delhi High Court, Delhi. (Sub Head Operation, Routine Maintenance of Various EI and Pump and Water softening plant installations at Main Court Building)

a) EI & Compound Light Routine maintenance and attending day to day complaints of electrical installations and compound light/ security lights alongwith allied fixtures & feeder pillars etc. including repairing the wiring and lighting fixture complete with carrying out the daily drill comprising of cleaning of the electrical installation, testing the insulation resistance, earth resistance etc and providing assistance to the Engineer-in-Charge during breakdown maintenance complete with replacement of worn-out parts issued by the department to the contractor by deploying Wireman and Khallasi as per Annexure 'A' & terms & conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge etc as required for Delhi High Court Building complex comprising of 'A'-Block, 'B'-Block, 'C'- Block, Extension block Court Building, Lawyers Chamber Block-I, II, III, Administrative Block, Medical Block, School Block, External Lighting etc. (Annexure 'A' attached).

b) DEWATERING PUMP Operation and routine maintenance of Dewatering pump set in round the clock shifts on all working days of month including sunday and Holiday and as per direction of engineer-in-charge etc as reqd including all day to day maintenance work i.e. cleaning of impeller, checking of connection etc as required. The staff shall be deputed by the contractor as per Annexure -"B"attached.

c) Water Softening Plant Operation of complete Water softening plant complete with pouring of salt in brink tank and charging of water softening plant, operation of Pumps and RO systems i/c feeling the water in Cooling Tower as and when required from 9 AM to 5 PM (in general shift) on all days i/c sundays and holidays and as per direction of engineer-in-charge etc as reqd (Annexure -"C" attached).
