PART- B (Item Rate Basis)

P&F of Fibre Reinforced Polymer/Plastic (FRP) fencing for 11/0.4 KV transformers or 33 KV S/S consisting of panels measuring upto1.50 Mtr(Length)x2.00 Mtr(Height) , with each panel not exceeding 1.5 Mtr in length. The fencing shall be in yellow/green/pink/grey color as directed by the EIC. The fencing includes vertical posts made of 50x50x3 mm hollow square sections with a height of 2.70 m, grouted in 1:2:4 cement concrete (with holdfasts, cement concrete paid separately). The spacing between vertical posts shall not exceed 1.5 meters and must be provided at all corners. The mesh is composed of 38x15 mm ''I'' sections with 3 mm thickness, and 12 mm diameter ''Rod'' sections, placed vertically and horizontally at 75 mm center-to-center intervals with all four sides enclosed in a frame of 25x50 mm hollow rectangular pipe frame of 3 mm thickness. The panels are secured to the vertical posts with stainless steel bolts. The fencing includes one entry gates, each 2.00 Mtr in height and and upto 1.50 Mtr in width as per site requirement, fitted with stainless steel hinges and aldrops, and featuring a screen-printed nameplate with "JVVNL" and a danger sign on a SMC sheet. The vertical posts and rail sections are manufactured using an automatic pultrusion process, with at least 45% fiberglass reinforcement in a polyester-based thermoset resin, meeting the following material properties: heat deflection temperature ≥170°C (IS:13411), self-extinguishing flame resistance (IS:4249), and non-melting (IS:13360) with a density of 1.9 to 2.1 kg/m³. The fencing must also be resistant to chemicals and weatherproof to ensure durability in various environmental conditions, with good quality fit and finish, proper strength as per direction of E/I. The job includes all necessary loading, unloading, transportation, labor, tools, safety equipments, and installation with stainless steel clamps and fasteners (paid separately), completed as per the EIC’s direction. During installation, all safety protocols must be strictly followed, especially when working near live electrical equipment. The mode of measurement for this fencing will be in the length of fencing per meter.

Disposal of rubbish un-wanted material dismanted material, away from site at appropirate place including all lead and lift, loading unloading, transportation labour etc. As per direction of Engineer in charges.

P/F stainless steel bolts 150mm long threaded at both sides for fastening members of FRP Fencing fastenend with washer and nuts at both side for extra strengthening of fencing wheever required and direction of E/I

Providing and fixing U shape MS Clamp 200mm long 50mm wide and 1mm thick with 2 holes to accomodate fasteners 65mm long along with 2 nos fastener of 65mm in length i/c all material, labour, T&P complete in all respect and direction of E/I

Supply stacking and spreading of graded broken hard stone aggregate free from organic matter including stacking spreading in yard as per standard specifications of size 40 to 63 mm crusher broken including all lead and left transportation labour loading unloading T&P required fro gravelling work as per direction of Engineer in charhes including dressing of ground upto 15cm depth.
