Providing on hire basis including supplying, laying of 4 sq.mm 1.1 kv single core PVC instated and sheathed stranded aluminium cable. and transportation charges for the following cables including dismantling the same after completion of the mela

Drawing of 150 watt LED street light fixture in different place of road,on hire basis from 06-01-2026 to 16-01-2026 (11 days x 80 fittings per day)

Providing on hire basis and laying of 1100 V grade 3 ½ core 25 sq. mm. PVC Al. Ar. Cable and dismantling the same after mela.

Supply on hire basis Installation of power distrubution panel boards for power draw & supply from WBSEDCL in different substation ( 2 No Substation) including electrical inter connectionfrom departmental panel bioard to WBSEDCL panel board for LT distribution line before 05.01.2026 including proper earthing arrangement complete as per direction of EIC.

Making Earthing arrangement on hire basis supply 5/8'' dia earth spike of 2 mtr. Long with galvanized bolts nuts sand washer etc. including supply and fixing 8 SWG GI wire and restoration of the surface duly rammed as per direction and inter connection earth spike to continuous running earth on the top of PCC pole.

Cutting the all rode side trees and trimming for proper illumination of road (aprox 2km).

Constraction of 12ft x 14ft hogla shed by supplying bamboo, polythine sheet, hogla, nall etc as per direction of EIC only for personnel (not for DG set) only for guarding personals.

Guarding arrangement of the whole installation for the entire period.from 06-01-2026 to 16-01-2026 [ 1 person /shift x 3 shifts x 11 days x 2 locations] [minimum wages act,WB should be maintained]

Road No. 5 ( from K1 to Culvert)

Making canopy type LED lighting arrangement at mela ground with different coloured (yellow/ Blue/Red) LED light to be fixed by suitable G.I. wire across the road with all interconnection complete for the entire mela period i.e. from 06-01-2026 to 16-01-2026

Supply of 2 x 4 sq.mm. and 1 x 2.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated single core copper wire for main circuit line on hire basis

Supply on hire basis and drawing of L.T. distribution line from medium pressure line as per IE rules and ISS by suitable size PVC single core Aluminium wire and supply of binding wire insulation connection etc. as per direction of EIC on or before 06.01.2026

Providing on hire basis including supplying, laying and transportation charges of 7/20 or 4 sq.mm 1.1 kv grade single core PVC instated and sheathed stranded aluminium wires/cables including dismantling the same after completion of the mela

Providing on hire basis including fitting fixing of 6 circuit running changer for changing design of the canopy lighting arrangement having output volatage 12 volt DC and input 230 volt, 50 Hz. AC from 06-01-2026 to 16-01-2026

Providing on hire basis 30 Amps SMPS having input voltage 230 volt 50 Hz AC and out put voltage 12 volt DC for power supply to canopy lighting system of Road No. 5

Dismantling of the entire installataion after completion of mela.

Supply on hire bases 4.88 M long 100 mm.. Dia. (AV). Bamboo post and erecting the same at different places in pilgrim shed as per IE rules and direction of EIC (AV distance from post to post is 20 M.)

Guarding arrangement of the whole installation round the clock from 06-01-2026 to 16-01-2026
