Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete,(fittings such as switches, ceiling roses,pendants, regulators sockets etc. to be measured separately), removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for surface type point wiring (flame proof) complete with 1.5 sq mm FRLSH,PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor single core cable 1100 volts grade (Red Colour use for Phase & Black Colour use for Neutral),drawn into and including stove enamelled steel conduit of suitable size and conduit accessories fixed on wall, floor, roof etc. and including provision of PVC insulated 1.5 sq mm copper conductor(FRLSH) for earth continuity (Green Colour) and connected to common earth dolly and including pressed steel terminal flush boxes made out of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet concealed in wall including sheets for housing switches, socket outlet etc.,all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for fan/light point controled by one one way 5/6 Amp switch Note:- (a) Note :- Cost of steel conduit, cutting chases of wall if required, making good disturbed wall surfaces including finishing with cement mortor 1:4, matching with existing colour/paint of surface are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) Accessories shall be suitable for flame proof wiring

Supply & fix in repair FLP WP Rotary switch with cable terminal box LM-6 material single pole, on & off 16 Amp complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair LED light fitting 1x16/20W Watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum hosing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Old / US fittings shall be deposited to MES Store

S&F in repair for flameproof highbay light 120 Watt to ensure better performance of the luminaires, complete including clamp,nut,bolt and other accessories for fixing,including cable for connection after taking down old unserviceable light fittings, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for surface type sub main flame proof wiring with two run of 4.00 Sqmm single core PVC FRLSH, PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor (Red/yellow/blue wires for phases and black wire for neutral) drawn in and including through Rigid stove enamelled steel conduit ISI marked of size 20mm bore with all fittings like Tee/Bend/Elbow/Reducer/Bell mouth/Junction / Terminal Boxes etc. and fixing accessories such as coupler, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hook etc. of nominal size 20 mm including one run of 4.00 Sqmm single core PVC FRLSH, PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor as earth wire (green in colour) complete all as specified and as directed. including taking out complete existing sub main wiring with conduit. Note : (i) Two run of single core cable 4.00 sq mm and one run earth wire 4.00 sqmm and one run of Rigid stove enamelled steel conduit with all fittings will be measured as one unit length. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing SPN 6 way (Enclosure size 300x300x190mm) FLP Lighting Distribution Panel Incoming:MCB,2P,32 Amp-1 Nos Outgoing :MCB,1P,6 Amp-4 Nos with complete internal Bus Bar & wiring up to terminals.complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm mm buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25m below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to GI wire 4 mm as earth lead by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, upto 7.5m length, earth strip protected by and including 15 mm dia GI pipe (medium grade) and connected to main test point or body of pole/pannel or lightening arrester of main controlling switch as directed including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 , Precast RCC (1:2:4) Type B1 cover slab of size 54x54x5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100 mm C/C both ways with one handle for lifting made out of 10 mm dia TMT bar embedded in precast cover slab, funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore GI Pipe (Medium Grade) for watering, Charcoal and salt in alternate layers of 15 cm (Compacted Thickness) around the earth electrode including necessary excavation, earth work in any type of soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n.exc 50 m and necessary testing complete all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part-I. NOTE : 1. The unit rare includes for protectionh GI pipe of 15mm and watering pipe of 20mm bore including excavation for earth pit in any type of soil/disintegrate rock. 2. Contractor has to bring agriculture soil from outside of defence land and fill in earth pit to acheive desired result as the soil resisitivity is very high. 3. The cost of GI wire including protection pipe, from top of earth plate upto 7.5 meter above/below ground level is deemed to be included in the unit rate. 4. All the joints in GI wire and connectgion with earth plate to be welded through brazing and in addition by providing double brass nut bolt and washer. 5.Costing of welding and nut bolts are deemed to be included in the unit rate

Supply and fix Air termination, single pointed, aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long fixed on aluminium strip for earth conductivity to ground, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
