Material and labour for TMT steel reinfrocement bars as in reinforcement using 10mm dia bars and over cut to length bent to shape as required for hooping of column hooking ends spirally and binding with MS wire annealed not less than 0.90mm dia all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m deep for foundation, etc in soft soil all as specified and as directed.

Dismanling Sructural steel work including door, gates but excluding framed work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel work as in doors, gratings, drain cover or gate of angle rungs in static tank of other section gusset plate rails ladder & hand rail including welding securing bolts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes etc conforming to Fe 410 W, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description with one coat of priming with red oxide primer and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. like interlocking tiles/chequered tiles any pattern laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks of any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only removing undulation interlocking paver block making good surface and refixing in same place complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand filling under floors including watering, consolidation, and well ramming complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for chequered cement concrete tiles (with grey cement and pigment) maunufactured in rubber moulded finish of size not less than 30cm x 30cm x 22 to 25 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in near cement slurry over and including 15 mm thick cement mortar screed in CM (1:6) as in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Sl Item No. 30 above but except tiles including making good of undulated tiles set right and leave all surroundings finished as it is complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down plastering on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., but cement / cement lime plaster complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry wall surfaces in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old concrete surfaces as in kerb stone of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic coloured printed tiles of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm as in floors etc; set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300mm x 200mm x 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces; set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for virified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick, dark shade, (square/ rectangular), area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing 15mm bore CP brass wash basin mounted type swan neck pillar tap complete all as specified and as directed.

Suuply and fixing for sensor kit for flushing valve for urinal, chrome finish with complete Kit, battery operated suitable model for Jaquar type urinal complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE :- JAQUAR / KOHLER / GROHE

Supply and fix in repairs 32 mm bore brass chromium plated bottle traps for wash basins with inlet and outlet screwed for pipe or connections including necessary packing, union and cap and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick Plain Cement Concrete, type C-1, (1:3:6), using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in plinth protection finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- The plinth protection shall be laid in panels and length of the each panel shall not be more than 2.00 metre all as directed. 6mm joints filled with 85/25 grade bitumen and sand (1:3 ratio) shall be provided. No deduction for joints shall be made while making payment against the above item.

Supply and fix hand shower (Health Faucet) with 8mm dia, 1 metre long flexible tube and wall hook with N.R.V (Back Flow Preventer) with brass chrome finish complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE :- JAQUAR / KOHLER / GROHE

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for as in sunken floor and roof complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (Using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) 30 mm average thickness as in padding concrete for levelling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting V grooves 15mm x 15mm in existing roof or terrace and cleaning out and filling /making good with two component polyester based resin repair compounds for crack filling of concrete as per directions of manufacturer complete.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick over roof concrete surface in CM 1:3 and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note : (WPC shall be measured and paid seperately).

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 Kg/Sqm minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (Weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm) laid on primed surfaces by forced application incl bituminous primer confirming ot IS-3384 applied @ 0.3 ltr/Sqm and applying aluminium paint @ 100 ml/Sqm including taking down old APP membrane complete all as specified and directed. Four course of roof treatment consist of as under :- (a) Applying one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384 @ 0.3 ltr/Sqm (b) Laying of APP based membrane as specified thickness and weight. (c) Applying one coat bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm. (d) Applying one coat of aluminium paint @ 100ml/Sqm.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Aluminium composite panel, Matalic series of approved shade, the panel shall be of 4mm thick with combination of aluminium skin materials of 0.50mm thick aluminium sheet of alloy grade 1100 H cover material coated on external side with PVDF (Poly vinytedene floride) of KYNAR, PVDF coating containing 70% KYNAR 500 resign for antifungal & anti bacterial properties & the central core shall be natural polyethylene(LDPE and HDPE) bonded to aluminium skin on both sides cladding panel to be fixed with extruded aluminium basic frame with angle cleats, weather sealants, rivetts, GI brakets all as approved using suitable bolts on walls including necessary acessories, scafolding, etc.,

complete for finished item of work including dismantling all as per manufacturer's instructions all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (i) Anodised aluminium C section, GI brakets etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule. (ii) :- Work shall be executed for buildings of heightt upto and above 16 Mtr including all necessary scaffolding.

Supply and fix anodised aluminium 'C' sections of 50x25x1.5mm size as in wall caldding fabricated to panels of size as directed and including necessary corner cleats etc to accommodate alluminium composite panel fixed to masonry walls/ concrete/ any other fabrications, complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanished iron angular braket, 50x50x3mm size, for fixing the 'C' channel (provn on walls with holding bolt, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for polycarbonate sheet of perforated quality 10 mm thick superior quality including necessary jointing provision etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing of false ceiling system with fine fissured edge tiles having humidity resistance(RH) of 95% NRC 0.34, light reflectance approx 84%, Thermal conductivity K=0.052- 0.057 W/MK, colour white, fire performance of class-I as per BS 476 part 6&7 in module size 600x600x16 mm thick suitable for green building application with recycled content of 38-41% with Armstrong silhoette profile exposed grid system with 15 mm white flanges incorporting a 6 mm central reveal in white/black colour. Silhoutte, main runners & cross Tees to have mitred ends & "birdsmouth" notches to provide mitred cruciform junctions. The Tee sections have a galvanizing of 170 grms per m2 & passed through 500 hrs of salt Test.The main runner spaced at 1200 mm c/c should be securely fixed to the structural soffit using Armstrong suspension system at 1200 mm maximum c/c. The first/last Armstrong suspension system at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 450 mm from adjacent wall (Make :Armstrong/Saint Gobain or equivalent).
