Earthwork excavation in all soils and subsoils except hard rock requiring blasting with initial lead and lift as initial lead of 10.0 m and lift 0f 2.00 m including re-filling the sides of foundation in layer of 15cm. thick watering ramming depositing the surplus earth in the premises as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specification ( Open Excavation ).

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 ( One Cement, four sand and eight aggregate) mix using 40 mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc complete as per the standard specification.

Supply and fabricating and placing inposition of TMT steel rod for all reinforcement cement concrete work as per design given including the cost of steel and binding wire etc complete as per standard specification

Supplying and Erecting Steel Centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29 m height for plane surfaces such as RCC Slabs, Rectangular Beams, TEE or ELL Beams, Lintels, Bed blocks, Staircase waist and Landing slabs, Landing Beams, canopy etc., with all cross brasings using mild steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm and 10 gauge stiffened with welded MS angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (CW) joists of size 10cmx6.5 cm spaced at about 90cm c/c and supported by causrina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specification and as Directed .

Reinforced cement concrete 1:11/2:3 (One cement, One &Half sand and three aggregate) mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal, including the cost and conveyance of all materials to site, laboure charges for mixing, laying, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and Fixing of PVC mould CI steps for sump, including cost of steps, laboure charges for fixing in position, etc., complete.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming base coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.
