Sch 'A' Part - VII (STREET LIGHT) Note - This Schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre - priced rate indicated as "Rs 0.00 under col.5 siginifies this fact only.

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundations, laying of pipes & cable etc and not exceeding 10 square meter on plan for manholes etc and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in with ap-proved excavated soil in-cluding spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as speci-fied and directed.

Sand cushioning to U/G cable in layers of 23 cm thick (8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable, punned thickness shall be measured) in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Only punned thickness shall be measured.

Supply and lying of reinforced precast concrete cable cover, 1:2:4 type B0 class LV, Type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete block (1:2:4) type B-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, filling and mass concrete rounded or chamfered and edges for stay foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI earth wire 8 SWG (4 mm dia) along with LT cable for pole earthing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm dia Galvanized steel tubing light grade with all necessary fittings laid in trenches, fixed to walls, poles, under road/floor etc for cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing by sodium vapour lamp type 70W post top lantern type Wipro Cat. Ref, No- WPS 27A71 or equivalent, complete with control gear cover etc with lamp 70W HPSV, connection PVC cable 3 X 2.5 sqmm copper conductor with 3 mtrs. long 50 mm dia Gl pipe, foundation complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of M.V Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20 x 15 cm size. Notice plate three language (English + Hindi + local language) should be used in danger notice plate complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of XLPE sheathed, PVC insulated, aluminum conductor armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade in trench/surface of wall/ in Gl pipe/ in Hume pipe/ along with pole for connection to OH lines, including fixing hardware, clamps, making good the damaged surfaces etc, as required complete with stranded aluminium conductor through pipe/road crossing in ducts, on poles, trenches etc of size 16 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and making end termination with brass compression gland for size 35 Sqmm 3.5 Core of XLPE sheathed, XLPE insulated, aluminium conductor armoured cabte of 1.1 KV grade including aluminium thimbles and connections etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and making end termination with brass compression gland for size 16 Sqmm 4 Core of XLPE sheathed, XLPE insulated, aluminium conductor armoured cabte of 1.1 KV grade including aluminium thimbles and connections etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and making end termination with brass compression gland for size 10 Sqmm 4 Core of XLPE sheathed, XLPE insulated, aluminium conductor armoured cabte of 1.1 KV grade including aluminium thimbles and connections etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing for poles & other machinery/equipment using GI wire as earthing lead and Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth pipe electrode 40 mm bore medium grade 2.5 m length buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 meters below ground level connected with earthing lead of 4mm dia. Galvanized iron fo steel wire all as shown in plate no 4 to the earthing test point all as specified and indicated including earth pit and trench, excavation, removal of surplus soil,pcc pit cover with fitting hook, funnel with watering pipe wire mesh charcoal,salt, testing complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Earthing complete with gilvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 M below normal ground level, connected to Gl earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia with bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, connected to earthing test point all as ipecified and indicated including testing on completion including PCC pit and PCC pitcover, funnel with watering pipe of Gl 20 mm bore medium grade, protection of each lead pipe of Gl 20/25 mm bore wire mesh, copper lugs etc. including testing and connecting lead from test point to main switch or switch board or equipment to be earthed all complete as specified and shown on Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-l 2009 on page No. 497. Note : (Gl wire from test point shall be measured separately)

Supply, fixing, testing & commissioning of outdoor stand mounted Feeder Pillar with lP65 protection, factory made fabricated out of 2.1mm thick CRCA sheet steel with door fixed hinges and complete with MCB's at lncoming & outgoings (Nos. of lncoming & outgoing MCB's mentioned below), 100A, 25KA, TPN aluminium busbar , single dial time switch, 45A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 no 9A contactors and raise lower push button, lncoming 35 sq. mm(3.5C/4C) and outgoing 16 & 25sq. mm terminals. Feeder Pillar should be having following accessories & as directed by Project Manager and with use of timer controls (in the feeder pillars) with control to reduce the lighting be created as:- (i) 6 PM to 10 PM-100% (ii) 10 PM to 2 AM-66% (iii) 2 AM to 6 AM -33% (Setting of timer as per this is contractor responsibility) Note Earth Work, excavation & cement concrete for foundation shall be measured and paid separately)
