Taking down of existing old high mast lighting system alongwith light fittings by using crane, connected cables including demolition of existing foundation and deposit the same at AGE E/M store etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of existing old steel tubular poles alongwith light fittings (single swan neck and double swan neck) by using crane, including demolition of existing foundation and connected cables and deposit the same at AGE E/M store etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, erection, commissioning and testing of 16m high mast 20 side polygon shaft in two sections of top 150 mm and Bottom 360mm thick not less than 3 mm suitable for 50 m/sec wind speed along with head frame, luminaires carriage Material of construction 50 NB ERW Class B - M. S. Pipe, Diameter of carriage ring (mm) :450 mm (ID) ,Construction : 6-9 Arm, Welded, 2 sections Load carrying capacity of 6-9 Luminaire 250W led in symmetrical arrangement , WINCH / POWER TOOL Type / SWL of winch : Double drum, SWL 350 Kg, operation with Motor, Motor capacity is .75 HP No of speeds , 6 Pole, Single Speed, Grade / construction of wire rope is AISI 316, 7/19 construction Number of ropes : Two continuous Diameter (mm) : 5 mm Breaking load capacity : 1350 kg x 2 and other accessories:-

(a) Supply & Fixing of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template, Ts 600 / 30 mm diameter / 850 mm long length of foundation bolt sand other accessories. (b) Supply & Fixing of LED type single dome aviation obstruction light (c) Supply & Fixing of outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar with 32A TPN MCB incomer, single dial time switch, 25A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 Nos 9A contactors and raise lower push button, Incoming 35 sqmm and out going 16 & 2.5 sqmm terminals.

(d) Erection of the high mast with the help of suitable tools and plants, wiring of luminaires with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 1.5 sq. mm, lugs, MCB and all labour. (e) Provision of GI pipe earthing for High mast with 2.5 M long 40 mm dia GI Pipe including connection to High mast earth terminal with 25 x 3 mm GI flats with all materials and labour. (2 Nos per mast required). (f) Rate quoted deemed to be included provision of foundation of high mast pole of suitable dimension as recommneded by OEM.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below the normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.50 mtr below the normal ground level and connected to GI strips 32 x 6 mm by means of nut, bolt & washer and protected by 40mm dia GI pipe light grade and watering pipe of 20mm dia GI pipes light grade and connected to earth test point including necessary excavation, earth work, PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C-1 and 40 mm thick RCC pit cover in RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 150 mm C/C both ways including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt in layers all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) all as specified and directed.

Cutting of existing bituminous/PCC road or flooring/plinth protection, for laying of GI pipe in road intersection for passing of LT XLPE cable including excavation in any type of soil, returning and filling in and making good top 30cm of the trench by providing PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate to flush with existing road surface complete all as directed.
