Design, manufacture and supply of Runway Marker Buoys at Swaraj Dweep, Shaheed Dweep and Long Island in Andaman And Nicobar Islands for sea plane operation (International Orange colour) of minimum size 2.00 m diameter, conforming to IALA Region ‘A’ Buoyage System, made of HDPE rotationally moulded material, UV stabilized and marine grade, complete with: • Solar powered LED marine lantern of minimum 2 Nautical Mile (NM) luminous range, with inbuilt solar panel, rechargeable battery, user-selectable flash code, and automatic photo sensor (dusk-to-dawn operation); • High-visibility day-mark with International Orange colour and fitted with marine-grade SOLAS retro-reflective tapes for enhanced daytime and low-light visibility; • In-built RADAR reflector for radar conspicuity; The buoy shall be designed such that it is: Clearly visible to the naked eye from a minimum distance of 2 Nautical Miles in daylight, and Clearly distinguishable from an altitude of 300 meters above Mean Sea Level (MSL) under normal visibility conditions. The system shall include complete mooring and anchoring arrangement comprising: Heavy duty stud link chain of 28 mm diameter (or as per approved design), Suitable D-shackles, swivels, chain joiners, and RCC sinker of 1.0 to 1.5 Ton (or as per design) suitable for installation at seabed level at 6 to 15.0 m water depth from MSL. The scope shall include transportation from supplier’s yard to site at Andaman & Nicobar Islands, loading and unloading from supplier’s yard to respective islands at Andaman & Nicobar Islands using necessary T&P, Boats, minor tools, and all labour charges. The rate shall be inclusive of all taxes and duties, GST ,Labour Welfare Cess , and all incidental charges, complete in all respects.

Installation, testing and commissioning of Marker Buoys at the identified locations at Swaraj Dweep, Shaheed Dweep and Long Island, complete in all respects. The rate shall be inclusive of all transportation charges, including movement from the supplier's yard to the installation sites in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and all hire charges of pontoon / barge / boats required for placement of the marker buoys. The rate shall also include all labour charges, materials, tools & plants (T&P), Boats, minor tools and tackles necessary for safe installation. The longitude and latitude coordinates of the proposed marker buoy locations shall be provided by the Department. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of all taxes and duties, loading and unloading charges, transportation, installation, testing and commissioning, and shall also include GST , Labour Welfare Cess and all incidental charges, complete in all respects.
