Note:- (i) The work must be got executed through authorised applicator of manufacture after concluding an MoU with manufacture for company back guarantee for a minimum period of 04 years by the contractor. The authorised applicator of manufacture shall be got approved from GE before commencement of work. (ii) All the material to be incorporated on the work shall be brought by contractor to MES store yard which will be subsequently issued by deportment for incorporation in the work to ensure the quantity to be consumed all as per recommendation of manufacture. (iii) After carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved from GE before application of primer and paint for each building. (iv) The colour/shade will be all as approved by GE. (v) The cost of scaffolding wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor complete all as specified and directed.
