Sub Head -I: Operation & day to day Maintenance of New 3x270TR HVAC Plant & BMS System Operation & day to day Maintenance of 3 x 270 TR HVAC Plant , BMS System and all associated lnstallations in all areas involving Day to Day Maintenance & its satisfactory operation, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the system, carrying out day to day maintenance as recommended, maintenance of records/documentations etc., as per the detailed specifications, terms & conditions covered under this contract on all days including sundays & holidays etc as required. 1.Contractor has to depute the manpower as mentioned below. 2. Contractor has to provide Reliever for Weekly Offs / Holidays for below mentioned staffs as per the requirement.

SITC of Limit switch for AHU doors(make MOUJEN Electric Co. Ltd. Model No.ME 8111,5A 250V AC) as per approved make list as required.

SITC of BMS Compatible Actuator motor valve for AHU’s(Make:RC model RC 981S,24 VAC/28 V DC,225 lbs) as per approved make list as required.

SITC of BMS Compatible Actuator motor valve for AHU’s(Make:RC model RC 981J,24 VAC/28 V DC,225 lbs) as per approved make list as required.

SITC of Water Flow switch of chiller plant( make Honeywell,Model:WFS6000,150PSI,1000C 1”NPT,15A 250 V ) as per approved make list as required.

SITC of Pressure gauge (Make :Guru, Range 0 to 0-16 Kg/cm Square) as per approved make list as required.

SITC of Thermometer(Make :Guru, Mercury type Range 0 to 50 °C) as per approved make list as required.

Supply,installation,testing & commissioning of Variable Frequency Drive for Floor / Ceiling Suspended Air-handling unit for The complete VFD Drive (Make Danfoss,11KW/ 15 HP) as per approved make list as required.
