Supply of FAA / ICAO/DGCA CAR Compliant Inset type medium intensity Turnpad light fitting for aviation visual aids requirements complete with shallow base and matching body of the fitting, inner body of the fitting, inner body and outer cover made of die cast aluminium complete with LED lamp with integral driver and electronics suitable for 6.6 Amps current with connected heat resistant accessories, prism assembly, optical assembly, "O" ring seal, pressure relief test plug, hardware, lenses and all standard accessories and ready for site installation as per sepcifications complete as required.

Supply of FAA / ICAO/DGCA CAR Compliant high intensity Elevated Runway guard light each unit with two flashing light fixtures with black independent visors, 6.6A Current driven input power supply, LED lamps/module , flashing rates 45-50 Per Minute, frangible support, high strength base plate for runway guard light to resist wind speed as per ICAO, gaskets, SS hardware etc conforming to latest ICAO / CAR requirement as per sepcifications complete as required. One set of guard lights means complete set of light fixtures to be fixed on both sides of taxiway. There are total 03 Nos of taxiways considered in the work for instllation of guard lights. Bidder should quote rates accordingly.

Supply of following size of 5 KV grade PVC insulated & PVC sheathed antitermite & antirodent stranded annealed copper conductor single core Airfield lighting cable confirming IS 1554 (Part II) with upto date amendment as required confirming to particular specifications etc. as required.

Supply of 2 x 4 sqmm secondary lead made out of multi stranded copper conductor EPR insulated & PCP/TCP/CPE sheathed, anti-termite & anti rodent treated 1.1KV grade AGL cable as specified in particular specifications as required.

Supply of 2X6 sqmm cable sizes of stranded annealed copper conductor, 5 KV grade, PVC insulated , PVC sheathed , unshielded, ant termite and ant rodent treated Air Field cable and confirming to IS:1554 Part-II as amended up to date and as per specification.

Supply of C.I. Transformer housing box, water tight round type metal container of outside dia. of 330 mm, height 450 mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round except on top surface which is 15 mm thick and having clear holes at the two side walls suitable to receive 50 mm dia HDPE/ G.I. pipes and 6 nos. M 10 tapped hole for receiving base plate at the top as required. The housing box shall be provided with base plate, base plate gasket and M-10 SS bolts.

Supply of 5 KV grade 50 HZ series type isolating Transformers, of following rating encapsulated in polyster resin, finally with neoprene rubber with primary and secondary connections as required.

Supply of following dia size HDPE pipe of PN-6, PE-100 grade as per relevant specification and approved make of AAI.

Supply of Plug and Receptacle of 5 KV grade of Type - I, class 'B' Essna connector kit for following size copper conductor AFL cable etc. as required.

Laying of 1 no. 1 x 6 sqmm./ 1 X 16 sqmm./2X6 sqmm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed Copper conductor Airfield lighting cable of 5 KV grade in the existing RCC / HUME / STONEWARE / METAL/ HDPE pipe as required.

Making horizontal boring by HDD method suitable for laying of HDPE Pipe upto the OD of 160 mm at a min. depth of upto 3 meters below the common ground surface level i/c connecting,drawing & laying of HDPE Pipe etc complete as required ( Supply of HDPE pipe not included).

Laying of HDPE pipe upto 110 mm dia direct in ground including excavating the earth and laying of pipe in trench in such a way that the top of pipe shall not be less than 750 mm below the ground level and also refilling with excavated soil etc. complete as required. (This item will be paid only where HDPE pipe is laid direct in ground without HDD method)

Making field connections by crimping 6 sqmm./16 sq.mm. plug & receptacle with existing 6 sqmm./16 sq.mm. single core PVC insulated and PVC sheathed AFL copper conductor cable including filling the gap with water sealant material, applying HT tape and PVC insulation tape complete as required.

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of C.I. transformer housing boxes after excavating the soil and by providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 Coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 150 mm thick all around the housing box except the top complete as specified and as per the direction of engineer-in-charge.

Earthing with G.I. Earth Pipe 4.5m long x 40mm dia including accessories and providing masony enclosures with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. i/c charcoal and salt complete as requied.

Providing and laying earth connections from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia., G.I.Wire in 15mm dia. G.I. Pipe from earth electrode as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia. G.I. Wire for loop earthing on surface or all along with the existing underground runway lighting cables as required.

Supply of green 4 Sq.mm PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor single core flexible cable of 1.1 KV grade as per IS 694 for earth connection

Supply of 25 mm size outer dia medium B class G.I. pipe as per approved make of AAI.

Laying of 25 mm size outer dia medium B class G.I. pipe i/c coupling socket connection etc in the existing trench /masonry open duct etc complete as requirement.

Cutting of pipe groove with kerf cutting machine of suitable size & depth for laying of GI/HDPE Pipe/Secondary lead in bituminous/PQC area of runway i/c kerfing, chiselling, cleaning and refilling the groove with suitable concrete/sealant DOBEFIL 60/Hardener and making good including etc. complete as required as per direction of EIC.

Laying of secondary lead of upto size 2core X4 sqmm and making interconnection between isolating transformer and AFL fittings etc in existing pipe/open masonary duct wherever as reqd etc complete as required.

Supply of Unidirectional elevated type high intensity Approach Light Fitting suitable for mounting on existing approach light poles at site & suitable for use with 200W 6.6A halogen lamp complete with all accessories including lamp and clear or green spreader lens and CI base plate.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commisioning of FAA/ICAO/DGCA CAR compliant Indoor type air cooled constant current regulator of micro processor controlled, thyristor type suitable for remote as well as local control operations on input voltage 230/415 volts, 50Hz AC supply with 6.6A output having 5 steps brightness control with variation of current output and able to communicate with PC or PLC controlled system, with digital output ammeter (0-10A), overcurrent, overvoltage, open circuit and earth fault protection and digital earth leakage meter, two stage earth leakage detector, positive back indication equipments, LED/LCD display, suitable for connection and communication with ALCMS/ RCDU for operation of LED type AGL Circuits etc complete as required confirming to technical specifications for the following rating. a) 4 KVA

Installation, testing and Commissioning of inset type fitting with deep core cutting upto 500 mm depth, aligning and setting i/c providing sealing material and installation of Isolating Transformer, Crimping / Jointing of secondary lead connectors & other accessories required for commissioning i/c supply of all materials except isolating transformer etc. as per specification complete as required. a) Fitting size up to 8 " / 12 "

Installation, testing & commissioning of Elevated type Runway Guard light on transformer housing boxes i/c supply of all materials except isolating transformer & complete as required.

Supply of secondary Connectors (male and Female) to 2 x 4 Sq.mm multi stranded annealed conductor PCP sheathed secondary cable of 600 V grade.

Supply of 6 C X 2.5 Sq mm Copper armoured control Cable for connection between CCRs to Junction Box

Constructing brick masonary manhole chamber of min. outside dimension 1.6m x 1.6m x 1.1m with medium class bricks(side wall width 22.5cm) in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) R.C.C. top slab of 100mm thick with mix 1:2:4 cement concrete (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone of aggregate 20mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1: 4: 8 mix (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone of aggregate 40mm nominal size) in side plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). 02 nos. of equal sizes RCC slabs/covers should be provided in a MS angle frame work of size (35m x 35 x 3mm) at the 04 nos. of edges on top and bottom of the slab and job including excavation of soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil within a lead of 50 metres, leveling of soil to cover elevated edge around the constructed cable chamber as directed by EIC.
